Our AI forecasting system, powered by @zenoVision_ model, is in the top 10% worldwide in @Metaculus's Fall 2026 FutureEval Bot Tournament.
We're ranked 41st out of 454 participants, up from 60th a week ago.
Why this tournament matters: FutureEval scores AI systems on real questions about the future, the kind no one can know the answer to yet. A model can't have memorized these answers from its training data, and it can't overfit to a fixed test set. It has to reason about the world as it actually is, and then the world settles the score.
That makes it one of the most honest tests of AI judgment we have. Plenty of benchmarks measure what a model already knows. This one measures whether it can tell what's coming next.
At @zenoVision_ we're working on one specific problem: why different forecasters, human or machine, tend to get things wrong at the same moment. Blending several forecasts barely helps when they all share the same blind spots.
Zeno combines independent forecasting methods and checks where they fail together, and a live tournament is where we find out whether that holds up.
Only 25 of the 112 closed questions have resolved so far, so there's a long way to go. We'll keep sharing the real numbers as they come in.
