America didn't win the Cold War to lose it at the ballot box.

Today’s tshirt: Star Trek. The best Trek. Art based on the original novel series cover art!
This mindset amazes me.
As if it makes no sense that Vader would OF COURSE be a moody, impulsive teenager, and that he only calcified into the calculating evil genius of the OT over many years.
But, no people wanted adult Vader from the jump.
Replying to @emperorthesteve
Because in the original trilogy Vader was written as if he was a former political idealist and villainous mastermind like Dooku.
Around 2008 everything started getting noticeably worse in America.
Women became more radical.
Legacy Media pushing hate and division increased dramatically.
Race relations became worse.
Crazy how it can be tracked to that time.
What happened in 2008?

The Democratic Socialists of America have cooked up one of the most spectacularly braindead political scams imaginable: hand politicians control of your job, paycheck, housing, healthcare, and entire fucking industries, then celebrate because the workers are supposedly free. Jesus Christ, how gullible do you have to be to swallow this horseshit?
Somebody still decides who gets hired, whose wages increase, which factories close, and where billions of dollars go. And under the DSA's socialist wet dream, those decisions belong to political appointees, party hacks, government planners, and bureaucratic ass-kissers whose greatest qualification is knowing which powerful asshole to flatter.
Congratulations, comrades! You've abolished the evil corporate oligarch and replaced him with a government parasite who can control your entire goddamn livelihood.
The Soviet Union already demonstrated how this miserable racket works. Ordinary workers stood in endless lines while the Communist Party's privileged nomenklatura enjoyed better housing, special stores, travel privileges, and exemptions. The peasants got lectures about equality. The party bosses got the fucking keys to the kingdom.
And these historically illiterate jackasses want to resurrect the same machinery, slap a shiny Democratic Socialists label on it, and pretend they've invented economic justice.
Meanwhile, Gavin Newsom is practically drooling over the DSA's growing influence, predicting its demand for sweeping change will become mainstream Democratic politics. Of course ambitious career politicians love the prospect. Imagine controlling the government offices that distribute contracts, appoint corporate management, allocate housing, direct investment, and decide which businesses survive. It's a corrupt politician's ultimate fucking fantasy: enormous power, endless taxpayer money, and an army of useful idiots applauding their own political servitude.
And that's the most infuriating part of this entire asinine spectacle. These socialist fools spend their lives bitching about billionaires having too much power, then demand a system granting politically connected government officials breathtaking authority over everyone else's lives.
At least businesses face customers, competitors, and financial consequences. Try telling some smug, politically insulated bureaucratic prick controlling your housing or employment that his decisions are economically disastrous. He can tell you to fuck off, demand another appropriation, and congratulate himself for advancing social justice.
The DSA promises to destroy oligarchy while enthusiastically building the administrative machinery for an even more politically entrenched ruling class.
And the brain-dead revolutionaries cheering this bullshit actually imagine they'll be the ones running the show.
Here's your workers' paradise, comrades: the party bosses get the penthouses, the privileges, and the power.
You get a ration card, a government-approved job, and the privilege of kissing the asses of the very bastards you helped put in charge.
Welcome to the revolution, suckers. You just voted yourselves into the servants' quarters.

Get in the car. Drive to a poll. Stand in line.

What Socialism Is.
Socialism is not a real model to be applied in the world – it is a contradictory rhetoric used to gain power over people, by manipulating those who are easiest to manipulate.
It is anti-life, because it contradicts reality. Its contradictions stay harmless only as long as it stays on paper. Try to implement it, and they come due.
It postulates equality – and produces the most unequal societies of all: the nomenklatura in its special shops, everyone else in the queue.
It says it frees the workers – and in 1980, ten million Polish workers had to rise up against the workers' state.
It postulates abundance – and gets rid of the people who produce it. Venezuela, sitting on the largest oil reserves in the world, watched its people lose an average of eleven kilos in a single year.
It says the state will wither away – and builds the biggest state in history.
It postulates peace – and needs an enemy for every failure.
"From each according to his ability, to each according to his needs." Needs, of course, especially of the immoral, are unlimited. Ability is punished.
Someone has to resolve these contradictions. In socialism, that someone is the police, by force. When the theory says one thing and reality another, it is never the theory that gets arrested.
That is why it is anti-life. Life works by getting reality right: every living thing survives because it reads the world correctly. Socialism switches off the instruments – prices that say what is scarce, profits and losses that say what works, free speech that says what is wrong. A society that can no longer see where it is going ends up where socialist societies always end up: first the queue, then the famine and the camp.
And yet it keeps coming back. Why? Because socialism is not an economic theory that failed. It is a technique of power that works. The economics always fails. The rhetoric never does – on those easiest to manipulate, and for those who rise by manipulating them.
Socialism has never delivered what it says. It has always delivered what it is for: power.

They arrested the President of the United States 4 TIMES!!
CHARGED HIM 91X and INDICTED HIM 4X
They also:
Spied on his campaign
Sabotaged his first term
Jailed his supporters
Raided his home
Censored and gagged him
Tried to ruin him financially
And tried to remove him from the ballot
When THAT didn't work, they tried to kill him several times
Then, with a straight face, went on national TV talking about how he's a "Threat to Democracy"
