This is incredible — every piece of mail in the UK from April 15-17 has been stamped with a special congratulatory message for Rory.

Apparently, Rory has donated the whole of his Masters prize money ($4.2m/£3.1m) to Mencap, a Northern Island charity which supports thousands of people with a learning disability.

Grainne Close, Director of Mencap Northern Ireland, has clarified that while Rory McIlroy has long been a generous supporter of the organization, rumors that he donated all of his recent tournament winnings are not true

John Kasich once said “if you’re not concerned about it because it isn’t happening to you, it will.” I paraphrase. Rings true so often.

Think @justinprose99 represents so many things that Rory does. He works his butt off in pursuit of the dream. Complete and utter dedication to the sport. But on top of that, what a magnanimous man in defeat and an amazing classy ambassador for our sport. His day will come again I hope. @fooch97 in a similar vein, classy at the end after an incredible ten birdie final round. He said his man has another major in him, he’s not wrong and the margins are so fine with such incredible athletes. As people, they all win for me. Pure class. 👌🏼
27 years plus in the making!

He was an 18 year old that I was sure would be successful. Little did I know he would be an historical figure in the game! Nice young guy, seems a really good man. Very happy for him.👍👏 Rory, enormous respect for someone who struggles and overcomes. So deserving! Say hi soon👍
Oh my! Officially old. I first walked with Rory at Carnoustie. He was 18. Just saw his interview, and he is graying at the temples! Yikes. Time marches on.
The young amateurs at ANWA are so impressive. Can’t give them enough admiration for their play, and amazing composure! Time marches on👍
What is allegiance? Is it loyalty to absolutely anything a person does, right or wrong. Or is it a sense of I will be there even if you are wrong, but I will try to make you see the truth?
Our country now allows for openly buying votes. Best we never help or interfere in other countries elections! 😳
Story that will touch you! Steve Hartman with Coach Pearl/ Auburn. Please find it. Big fan of Steve Hartman!👏
Can this be true???
