The @BOU_Official Governor warned the @NRMOnline @GovUganda about the Protection of Sovereignty Law. @Parliament_Ug went ahead and passed it with impunity! Now the shilling is nosediving with the USD at over 4,000 and GBP at over 5,000. Meanwhile fuel prices are fast rising to over 7,000. Several donors have made a decision that their money will not come to Uganda anymore. Our domestic debt is far higher than the foreign debt. The regime thought it was punishing NGOs and the opposition.
