“If I go missing or disappear, it was not of my own free will. If I turn up dead, it was not by my own hand.”
A Canadian woman has posted a terrifying public warning about a man she identifies as James Scott Stewart.
She alleges that in January 2026, while she was 40 weeks pregnant, Stewart brutally beat her, strangled her nearly to death, and forced castor oil down her throat.
She says she survived because the RCMP intervened.
Now, according to her account, a judge has decided Stewart will be safer on probation than behind bars. She says he will be free again in six weeks.
She also claims this is the eighth time the justice system has failed to protect her and her children.
And perhaps the most disturbing part of her message is that she is publicly identifying the person she fears will kill her.
This woman is telling the world she is afraid she won’t be alive in six weeks.
Her allegations and the court’s decision deserve immediate scrutiny.
I share about missing women all of the time. When do we start preventing this before it actually happens? This woman is begging for help. She knows he is coming for her.

Health Canada does not test vaccines for safety or efficacy.
It is important to understand that Health Canada does not do any testing of drugs, including vaccines, when determining whether to approve a drug for human use.
All testing is done by the pharmaceutical company with a financial interest in having the drug approved by Health Canada.
The Covid-19 vaccines were exempted from the regular drug approval test. Rather, a substitute approval test was used.
Under this substituted test:
1. safety did not need to be proven;
2. efficacy did not need to be proven, and
3. that the benefits of the vaccine outweighed the risks of the vaccine did not need to be proven.
If the test was met, Health Canada was legally obligated to authorize the vaccine for human use. The test Covid-19 vaccines were approved under is:
The Minister must issue an authorization in respect of a COVID-19 drug if the following requirements are met:
- the Minister has sufficient evidence to support the conclusion that the benefits associated with the drug outweigh the risks, having regard to the uncertainties
relating to the benefits and risks and the necessity of addressing the urgent public health need related to COVID-19.
The test only requires the pharmaceutical company seeking approval, to make an argument that the Minister does not need to agree with.
The wording is not:
- the Minister has sufficient evidence to conclude (which would require the Minister to be convinced), or
- the Minister has concluded (which would require the Minister to be convinced).
Rather the wording is:
- the Minister has sufficient evidence to support the conclusion (not the Minister’s conclusion).
This wording does not require the Minister (Health Canada) to conclude anything. Rather there only needs to be evidence to support a conclusion that the Minister is not making.

This caption treats a slogan and a round number as a closed test of Canadian capacity. It is not. It names no outcome a citizen can score, no fixed date a street count can check, no owner by office, and no primary source that would prove the claim wrong. “Nearly $30 billion to end homelessness within the next decade” is process language. It is not a term sheet two independent lenders will finance under one readable legal order, with private capital at risk and a date that can be checked against primary sources.
The arithmetic that prices a Canadian paycheque and a Canadian street has not moved. Labour productivity here rose 26.7 per cent from 1999 to 2025 against 67.9 per cent in the United States. Business investment per worker remains in the mid-50-cent range on the American dollar. One estimate still puts nearly $670 billion in energy, mining and infrastructure projects stalled or cancelled since 2015. Pacific Link is listed as a project of national interest; conditions documents run into 1 September 2027, judicial reviews are already filed, and it has no second independent financing signature. LNG Canada Phase 2 is one joint-venture decision on an existing file. Roughly seven in ten merchandise export dollars still go south. Federal liabilities sit above $2.3 trillion. More than $26 billion has gone to Ukraine since 2022 while the domestic capacity file stays open. The 2025 Everyone Counts enumeration recorded roughly 65,000 people experiencing homelessness on a single night across 75 communities, up substantially from earlier cycles, with chronic homelessness also higher year-over-year. National median rates remain elevated. Those numbers do not shift because a budget line and a slogan are scored as progress.
Carney, formed at Goldman, the Bank of Canada, the Bank of England, Brookfield and Davos, has already delivered the speech version of this caption. Rooms, frameworks, MOUs, agencies and advocacy language are scored as progress while Canadian corridors remain unpriced, title maps stay sequential and dual, interprovincial barriers function as an internal tariff, and the production file stays open. Build Canada Homes was stood up as a Crown vehicle; the new money expands it toward claims of 20,000 non-market units a year or 200,000 over a decade. Ottawa takes capital costs; provinces are invited to fund operations and wraparound services. Agreements are promised ahead of next spring’s update. That is the operating system: raise the alarm, take the money, open another process layer, defer the outcome date. Previous homelessness strategies and Reaching Home expansions produced the same pattern. Spending rose. Outcomes did not close. Auditor General follow-ups on related files, housing, water and employment, continue to flag unsatisfactory progress. Process and larger cheques have not moved the street counts. Production has. The citizen funds both columns either way.
Name the outcome that would close the file. One named metric, point-in-time or by-name list totals, or chronic homelessness rates in designated communities, that converges toward a published national standard by a fixed date under a single readable register a citizen, a mayor and a lender can check the same way. Name the date, 1 January 2036 is the decade mark; intermediate scoring dates must be public. Name the owner by office. Name the result that would prove the claim wrong: continued year-over-year increases in enumerations, unsheltered and encampment shares that do not fall on a measurable path, housing starts and completions that remain decoupled from CMHC’s own 417,000–469,000 annual requirement to restore pre-pandemic affordability, or another set of provincial agreements scored as progress while the capacity file stays unfinished. On that date the entry is scored PASS or FAILED against primary sources. The original wording is never edited. Failures name the blocking layer.
Keep the score yourself. : citizenheldrecord.github.io/…

Here's the news release from Universal Ostrich Farms:
FOR IMMEDIATE PRESS RELEASE
EDGEWOOD, British Columbia - Nov 2, 2026
Universal Ostrich Farms Files Multimillion-Dollar Lawsuit Over Unlawful Raids and Seizures
Universal Ostrich Farms Inc. and Landco Ventures Inc. have officially filed a multimillion-dollar civil claim in the Supreme Court of British Columbia against the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA), the Attorney General of Canada, and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).
The lawsuit arises from a series of aggressive and intrusive regulatory actions that culminated in an invasive 52-day occupation of the plaintiffs' Edgewood, B.C. farm property, the forced slaughter of their ostrich flock, and the destruction of a commercial enterprise.
Key Allegations and Causes of Action:
• Unlawful Search and Occupation:
On or about September 3, 2025, the CFIA and RCMP obtained search warrants based on an affirmation by Heather June Willis. The defendants entered the property without prior notice, leading to a continuous, months-long 24-hour occupation, during which they erected massive hay-bale "kill pens," disabled surveillance systems, restricted access, and secured airspace restrictions.
• Inadequate Statutory Compensation:
Under the Health of Animals Act, the CFIA ordered the slaughter of 314 ostriches (out of 351 birds on site) and denied all compensation.
• Animal Cruelty and Missing Birds:
The claim highlights inhumane handling during slaughter operations contrary to internal guidelines and common law, alongside numerous birds going missing without proper inventory or chain of custody.
• Unlawful Seizure of Ostrich Eggs:
In 2025, the CFIA seized an unspecified number of ostrich eggs without lawful authority or compensation. These eggs served as the core input for Universal’s proprietary dietary supplement and pill product, which was poised for a commercial market launch generating projected revenues exceeding $200,000,000. The seizure permanently destroyed this enterprise.
• Property Damage and Trespass:
The plaintiffs seek damages for trespass, nuisance, intrusion upon seclusion, and permanent real property devaluation.
Relief Sought from the Court:
• An order requiring the defendants to remove all encroachments and remediate the property.
• A complete accounting and return or compensation for all removed documents, materials, birds, and eggs.
• General, special, punitive, and exemplary damages for trespass, harassment, intrusion upon seclusion, negligence, and Charter breaches.

November 10, 12 & 13: The dates of my appeal trial at the BC Supreme Court.
I am appealing a ruling that found me guilty of "unprofessional conduct" for advocating for the rights of women and children in my off-duty time.
My regulator, the BC College of Nurses, investigated me at the behest of a cancellation mob after receiving complaints from members of the public I've never met. I have never had a patient complaint. I was dragged through years of disciplinary hearings, lasting longer than a murder trial. (My fight was made possible by @JCCFCanada and @LDBildy.)
After my guilty verdict, I was told I would face a 1 month suspension and had to pay $94,000 to the BCCNM. My employer of 13 years, Vancouver Coastal Health, fired me with no severance, and no way to even collect EI. I was a single mom with 2 young boys. The suspension and $94k was put on hold for the appeal. My name is blacklisted and I essentially was pushed out of the profession entirely.
I first noticed the rise of gender ideology a decade ago, and I was fascinated and repulsed that women were being told to shut up about their experiences to make way for people who identify as us. Then I came to understand that paediatric "gender affirming care" is a terrible medical scandal, probably worse than the lobotomy. I began to write about the topic and, with another BC woman, began to organize events to discuss gender ideology. We faced vicious threats, protests, and attempts to shut us down. Later, of course, I was involved in a billboard project that drew a lot of ire from trans activists.
Never could I have imagined that life would go in this direction: being smeared as a bigot across the country; losing my career and long-term financial stability; and spending 6+ years in a protracted legal battle.
I'm still fighting because I care about the truth, free speech (for all of us, but especially for regulated professionals, who don't deserve to be policed in their private lives and forced to go along with state orthodoxy), and women's rights. Please follow along for updates.

EUROPE IS GOING TO CHARGE US A CARBON TARIFF.
You paid a carbon price for years.
Now, Canadian iron, steel and aluminum are NOT exempt.
Total exposure? $2.8 billion a year.
Starting in 2027.
Global Affairs own memo called it "effectively a 'carbon tariff.'" 😭
And it lands the same week Carney hosts the EU summit in Montreal.
The Liberals hit us with carbon taxes for years.
NOW EUROPE IS GOING TO TAX US ANYWAY.
Imagine what they would do to us if we joined.
