Note also that the numbers you referenced aren't all just 64-35, they're all 64.6 + or - 0.2, and 35.4 + or - 0.2. That's even more unlikely.
This is what happens when you don't pay attention in math class. Likely some corrupt programmer put in a random factor that he thought would alter the numbers, without making it look like it altered the numbers. Like (brain-dead example) "If this ballot was for the opponent, and the random number generator is greater than 0.6, then change it.". But he didn't bother to do the math, or he would have realized that if you use whatever that random element is, over enough cases, then the result converges on 64.6 and 35.4.
At least if I was going to vet the program that did this, then that's what I'd most expect to find. This is a typical undergrad mistake. Just because your algorithm has a randomizing element, that doesn't mean that the result isn't going to converge, over a large enough number of trials.
Also note that this kind of manipulation almost always leaves a footprint in the data. Statisticians who specialize in analyzing voting results know what properties honest results should have. Unless the corrupt programmer really knew what he was doing, they'll spot the strange results, and the nature of the strangeness will give them a strong clue as to what the programmer did.

🚨 I did some research across several outlets and compiled the recent dramatic events leading up to Susie Wiles's resignation 🚨
(Sources included so you can do some digging on your own if you choose):
1) The Daily Mail reported that Susie organized a Camp David meeting to save her position while Trump was away. The Daily Mail said she invited officials and loyal aides to meet on Saturday, November 7, while Trump would be in Florida. Two sources described the purpose as planning how she could survive the shake-up (and likely a potential midterm loss) and still retain power. The gathering was postponed, then canceled. (Please forgive me for citing the Daily Mail 😅 Take it how you will.)
2) A senior Pentagon official also told the Mail that “Susie was trying to push out Pete," alleging that her allies blamed Pete Hegseth’s handling of the Iran war and its economic fallout for Republican losses. (LAME, but very believable.) Advisers reportedly warned Trump that her team was leaking against Hegseth to deflect blame from herself, according to Business Today. I highly suspect Susie Wiles coordinated past leaks for her own personal agenda.
3) Now here's the kicker: “He (Trump) exploded at her" during Thursday’s alleged Oval Office confrontation. Four sources told the Mail that Trump berated Wiles in front of White House staff, and some even claimed he ordered her out. Dan Scavino and Morgan DeWitt Snow were reportedly present. Business Today reported that a White House official denied the yelling, saying, “He would never yell at Susie.” Hmmm. I'm not so sure. It's safe to say that she probably deserved it.
4) Her departure reportedly came sooner than she intended (and later than the rest of us intended 😂). CBS said Wiles expected to stay in her position until the end of the year or early next year, but Trump accelerated the resignation to last Thursday night. Stephen Miller will now take over on November 9. 🔥🔥🔥 Thank the Good Lord above!
Despite publicly praising her work, Trump told reporters from BBC and Reuters, “I wanted to make a change.” I anticipate he has wanted to oust Susie for a while, but felt hindered by her breast cancer.
5) Separately, Calley Means accused Susie of putting donors ahead of health policy. On Joe Rogan’s show, he reported that Wiles said, “I need the money from the sugar people to win the midterms.” He also alleged companies received preferential treatment after hiring her daughter Katie as a lobbyist, saying, “You pay Susie’s daughter.” This was reported by The Hill and the Star Advertiser. Pretty damning.

I was talking to my Coptic Christian friend, whose parents fled Egypt because of Islamic persecution. He is heartbroken that Abdul El-Sayed was elected to the Senate. He and his family simply cannot believe this is happening. He has relatives who were killed during the Muslim Brotherhood’s time in power in 2012.
He told me that it’s not just that Abdul is an Egyptian Muslim, which is already bad enough since most Egyptian Muslims are extremely anti-Christian and radical, but the fact he comes from a family with generational ties to the Muslim Brotherhood, which is a hundred times worse.
Abdul signed a letter calling on the Muslim Brotherhood government to crack down on the media and have the police enforce Islamic Sharia even more strictly. During the year the Muslim Brotherhood ruled Egypt, hundreds of churches were bombed and thousands of Christians were killed.
He is genuinely scared about the future of the country.

This goes right along with what I have been saying for years.
Trump is not some God who is immune to corruption, or can even spot it when it’s happening many times. And we have consistently seen him put far too much trust into many of the wrong people. He did it in his last administration, and he’s doing it again.
Why are these people still in his cabinet? Why didn’t he immediately make changes as soon as this came out? It’s because this is how it’s done in these elitist circles. And Trump is a part of these elitist circles. Trump is a businessman. Sometimes lines are crossed in order to make deals and make money. We all know this.
The question is, why don’t people recognize it in Trump? Why does he get a pass? Why are so many people silent? Money. Of course. But if we truly stand behind our conservative values then we should be raging. We should be demanding that any and all corrupt and shady individuals within Trump’s cabinet be removed IMMEDIATELY.

Joe Rogan just hosted his most important episode ever after Republicans lost the midterms as White House insider Calley Means just exposed the real people who are running Trump’s presidency and lists key inner circle names like Susie Wiles, Jame Blair, Richard Walters, and the most powerful lobbying firm known as Ballard Partners:
MEANS: “Susie Wiles is the most powerful chief of staff in modern American history. She has taken a stranglehold on any policy decision. No policy decision gets done without her office giving it the okay. She was one of the top lobbyists in the country. It is impossible to describe to you how demonic this culture is.”
CONTEXT: Means, who resigned from the administration in OCTOBER, says he witnessed an extraordinary concentration of power inside the White House.
He alleges that cabinet secretaries and senior officials spent enormous amounts of time attempting to win favor with Wiles' office because of its influence over which policies could advance.
He then identifies several people he believes were central to that power structure:
SUSIE WILES: White House chief of staff.
JAMES BLAIR: A longtime Trump political strategist and former deputy White House chief of staff.
RICHARD WALTERS: Deputy White House chief of staff and longtime Republican political operative.
WALKER BARRETT: Senior White House adviser with extensive congressional experience.
But the most consequential part of his accusation concerns the CORPORATE LOBBYING INDUSTRY.
Before entering Trump's White House, Wiles had a career representing corporate clients, including working at the influential Washington lobbying firm BALLARD PARTNERS.
And the money involved in that industry is staggering.
According to federal lobbying disclosures, Ballard Partners collected approximately $88 MILLION in lobbying revenue during 2025, more than QUADRUPLING its reported revenue from 2024.
That made Ballard one of the highest-earning lobbying operations in Washington.
And in MAY 2025, the watchdog organization Public Citizen identified SIX FORMER WILES CLIENTS that had reported lobbying White House offices during the administration's first three months.
Those clients included companies involved in tobacco, automobiles, fertilizer, and other major industries.
The White House disputed suggestions of improper influence and said Wiles generally did not participate in meetings or decisions involving former clients.
Those disclosures establish real corporate lobbying relationships.
They do NOT, by themselves, prove that Wiles improperly favored those companies or directed policies for their benefit.
But Means argues that the broader culture of Washington is precisely what Trump promised to confront.
Now consider the extraordinary political timing.
IMPORTANT NOTES: On NOVEMBER 3, Democrats won control of BOTH CHAMBERS OF CONGRESS in a sweeping midterm defeat for Republicans.
And TODAY, NOVEMBER 6, Trump announced that Susie Wiles will leave the chief-of-staff position, with Stephen Miller taking over on November 9.
Trump PRAISED Wiles for her service and said she would continue working for his political operation.
