Not sure what kind of advice Klint got here, but certainly one he wants back.
Could sense at the time it was a poor choice, and yet they went with it.
Don't think we win with an extra TO, but these things do matter.
Rookie HC tho. He is allowed to make mistakes (like players!)
This Raiders challenge was somewhat odd in the Bills game this weekend. It was the second half, and a successful challenge would have brought up 3rd and 7.5 or so compared to 3rd and 10. There were additional views not included here that showed it was not a catch anyways. They lost the challenge and a timeout.
The risk/reward of the challenge here simply did not add up. A successful challenge would have have only been worth ~0.2% of win probability.
The lost timeout could have been quite valuable as they attempted to make the comeback in the 4th quarter.
With one-third of the season now gone, what should Las Vegas be looking to do with its free agents next spring?
