The Israeli Ministerial Committee has given the green light to a legislation barring any form of denial regarding the October 7 attack, carrying a maximum penalty of 5 years behind bars.
The proposed law explicitly states that any effort to "deny or diminish" the severity of the attack will incur a 5-year imprisonment term in Israeli prison.
