Fairfax County police: 19-year-old Salvadoran illegal Alexis Cedillos-Campos stabbed 42-year-old mother Carmen Puch repeatedly near a walking trail, then doused her in gasoline and tried to set her on fire.
He took a fixed-blade knife, latex gloves, and a water bottle from the restaurant where they both worked. Filled the bottle with gas. Premeditated.
Caught and released under Biden. Now another American mother is dead.

BREAKING: I'm told by federal source that the suspect arrested in Fairfax County, VA for the stabbing murder of a mother near a jogging trail in Great Falls, VA is a Salvadoran illegal alien who was caught and released at the border by the Biden admin in El Paso, TX in April 2024. Fairfax County Police announced the arrest of 19-year-old Alexis Antonio Cedillos-Campos this morning in connection to the stabbing killing of Carmen Lizet Puch on Monday and released a photo of his arrest.
I've also included a photo of Cedillos-Campos from when he was in Border Patrol custody in 2024, courtesy of a federal source. NBC Washington reports Puch was 42-years-old and had a young daughter.

A judge said no, Virginia authorities said yes anyway. Fairfax’s Steve Descano supported a violent, committed man accused of killing his landlord to obtain a passport. The passport request should have been the five-alarm fire, but instead it ignored and he was allowed to walk out of a mental facility and flee the country. This is an unconscionable level of incompetence.

Cedillos-Campos is a criminal illegal alien from El Salvador who was arrested by CBP in 2024, after illegally crossing the Biden administration’s open border near El Paso, TX. After his arrest, he was RELEASED into the interior of our country.

The woman who was found stabbed to death near her car in the parking lot of Difficult Run Park in the Great Falls area has been identified.
Fairfax County police said the body of Carmen Lizet Puch, 42, of Reston, was found by a jogger Monday just before 7 a.m. in the parking lot along Georgetown Pike near Old Dominion Drive.
7News is pressing police for more information on the investigation.
