One #WorldSeries ring between the three of us! Congrats @MattKleine5 on helping to architect one of the most enjoyable teams to watch, a true TEAM… AND one of the most dominant playoff teams ever (second to my White Sox, of course). Proud of you brother! #TeamDePauw

You can be frustrated for a hot second at the ending of the #WhiteSox season, but only for a hot second. Have perspective and realize that this was one of the most incredible turnarounds in sports. So much to learn from for this young, gritty team. I am one proud fan.

Mike Ditka wasn’t just a football legend, he was a sports media one as well. He helped put @thescorechicago on the map.
Happy Birthday Mike Ditka A fan called Ditka a 👶 on a call in radio show. Iron Mike responds by giving the guy his office address and telling him “You tell me what time and when and I’ll whip your ass” #DaBears   #DitkaCoachThread

Preach Big Unit!
So umpires are getting scrutinized and lambasted for missing pitches an 1/8” of an inch to an inch off the plate that really isn’t the plate as MLB only counts the back half of home plate. Imagine being told you are wrong by a computer that the pitch you called a strike because it caught the front half of the plate is actually a ball. Then getting crap from all the younger, nerdy generation because it’s so EZ to tell if a pitch is a strike at 100 mph or a ball from your fucking couch. Get a grip people. They won’t call the real zone because hitters would struggle more than they do now. Imagine that.

The White Sox need to dust off the old iconic Pirates of the Caribbean/Thunderstruck intro for Wednesday's game. Imagine an updated version of this #WhiteSox

As a lifelong White Sox fan, this season has been nothing short of spectacular. The stats are so impressive.
The @whitesox are the first team in MLB history to hold the lead at the end of every single inning of a multi-game postseason series.

Pretty impressive when you consider Randy Johnson was throwing against juiced up hitters.
Randy Johnson’s age 37 season in 2001 up against Jacob Misiorowski’s MLB career to date.

A must-watch every year to remind us of the sacrifices of so many, like Welles.
Welles Crowther was a former Boston College lacrosse player who had a trademark red bandanna. He was also working in New York on Sept. 11, 2001 when terrorists struck the World Trade Center. This is the story of how he led people to safety on that fateful day 25 years ago.

The fact that CBS and Paramount are celebrating the youth “me” culture by promoting this is just asinine. This is the antithesis of what coaches desire.
Kim Kardashian's docuseries about youth baseball moms, "Team Moms: Baseball," has released its first trailer. It will premiere Sept. 24 on Paramount+.
