"It's always going to be love."
Lu Dort still wears Oklahoma City on his sleeve, just not his jersey, after being traded to Atlanta.

Asked #Sooners center Duke Brennan about his former high school teammate, Oklahoma City star Jalen Williams.
“Throw a 22 on der too.”
Jalen Williams appreciates the love after his major injury, but he wants you to show some for Cason Wallace too.
Here’s how OKC is keeping the light on for No. 22 until he comes back from a torn labrum in his shoulder:

Wanted to say I’m also wishing the best for Cason Wallace. His injury didn’t get as much coverage because we didn’t initially know how significant it was, but you can say the same things about him that we’ve said about Jalen. Good dude. Comes from a great family. Hard worker. Hoping for a speedy recovery.
Asked Isaiah Hartenstein how he sourced a Jalen Williams jersey on short notice:
"Actually, I got it from the team shop. The funny thing is I got it last year to wear for Dub, and then I think I got hurt, so I couldn't wear it. Cason texted me when he saw the picture and was like, 'Oh, so you're not wearing my jersey?' And I was like, 'I already had a Dub jersey.' So I might have to find a Cason jersey so he doesn't get his feelings hurt."
Dillon Brooks just made a bounce-in, not a tip-in, shot while battling for an offensive board. I've never seen that.
Alex Caruso (right ankle sprain) will not return to tonight’s contest against the Phoenix Suns, per Thunder PR.
Our @thejordancdavis is covering tonight's game between OKC and Phoenix while I work on another story. Check him out for updates!

Sam Presti on the injuries to Jalen Williams and Cason Wallace:
“Obviously, tough night last night. There’s no way to paint that differently. We say within our walls all of the time that there’s a difference between being positive and being optimistic. I’m not going to sit up here and say this is exactly where we want to be or this is how we’d like to have it. But at the same time, we’re extremely optimistic about the recovery for both of the players. Most importantly, things could’ve been a lot worse.”
Sam Presti says OKC will do everything it can to help Otega Oweh, who was waived Saturday after rupturing his right Achilles tendon during a preseason game.
Sam Presti says Jalen Williams has a fractured fibula and a dislocated ankle on the left side. It's a surgical situation, and a timeline will be provided once that procedure is completed.
Presti also said Williams is in great spirits and extremely optimistic about the situation.
