I know everyone is concerned about real estate and waiting for rates to fall but I want to highlight some ways to buy now AND get great rates.
1. Assumable loans. Buy from a seller who is open to doing assumable loans.
3. Negotiate the price and seller credit. Go fha or put down more than 10% and you can get 6% in seller contribution which will help you buy down the rate.
Just want to brag on the fact that I got my buyer $50,000 in seller concessions so they can buy down their rate. If you want to buy and price is a concern get seller concessions and buy that rate down 🤑
