Oracle just secured a $38 billion debt deal to finance two new data centers tied to OpenAI.
About $23 billion will go toward a Texas site and nearly $15 billion toward one in Wisconsin.
The financing is led by JPMorgan and MUFG, and its a part of $500B Stargate project.
