Viní Jr. behaviour has been nothing but a shock to me— this kid was thrown out by Zidane, couldn’t score to save his life, Benzema was caught saying he’s playing against us: but he put his head down, worked hard, improved, found solution (sports psychologist) and became an integral piece to the team. From that guy, to turn into a toxic can’t accept coaching demands, fans booing, running straight to the tunnel multiple times for multiple different reasons, changing profile pictures to cause drama— that’s a radical change in personality. I have always been supporting him on his racism cause— because he has every right so. I felt bad when he said the treatment makes him want to quit football because that’s unacceptable behaviour towards him— add treatment referees gave him compared to peers and his situation was truly bad. So one might wonder, how do you go from fighting the right battle (improving yourself as a footballer and human, giving your soul for what you love) to a spoiled brat who has had more controversies with Instagram models over past 15 months than actual great performances on the pitch? Who did he surround himself with? Why is his PR team so bad? Why nobody tells him who he was vs. who he’s become? Why nobody is trying to make him rational and understanding — just like he previously was?
