This is Yaxel Lendeborg. He’s a SF with the same wingspan as Giannis that can legitimately defend guards and bigs. He can shoot. He is a creator. He can pass. He’s a good rebounder. His game rises as the stakes do.
His defect is he’s 23 because players get paid in college now.

It’s obvious but has to be said
Yaxel is who they wanted Kuminga to be
Aggressive. Versatile. Unselfish.
And most importantly, he doesn’t see himself as the guy to bulls around. He’s willing to do the little things to get better. Not many have that mindset.
I still can't believe the Warriors struck gold with Yaxel; probably the single best fit in terms of this year's draft class and a currently Top 3 player in the class (behind Boozer and Wilson).
Draymond Green speaks on Yaxel Lendeborg’s upside and development:
“He’s definitely getting better each and every day. It’s extremely exciting because there’s so much he don’t know. He don’t know A LOT.
I told him last game, if at any point you feel like I’m saying too much to you, you can tell me “not right now I don’t want to hear it” or “I’m good”, because I’m going to try to give you everything I know.
And I find myself talking to him the entire game just telling him something different and he can apply it right away. Like you tell him something and he come down the next play and it happens, he applies it right away so that’s special in itself.“
