2 regular season games left. You prepare all year for something that’s pretty much done by time first report cards get to the mailbox. Training & preparing 36 weeks so you can play 16 if you are one of the last ones playing.

Replying to @DawsonCrosby33
@DawsonCrosby33 midseason film. Coach @KalEl07Que said if any College Coaches need a recommendation on Dawson to reach out, he’s the Coach who submitted him to play the NC East-West All Star Game.

Had a great visit this Saturday at Shaw University. Thank you to Coach Dargan for the game invite. I’m glad I got to meet most of the coaching staff and talk to the players before the game started. Beyond blessed and I definitely plan on visiting again. @CoachDargan @GchsRam

#ThingsINeverThoughtIWouldHaveToSayAsAHeadCoach “None of yall better not even think about fake peeing on somebody during the game!!” I wish these college guys knew how much influence they really have over the next generation of fball players 🤦🏽‍♂️

There will be an increase of unsportsmanlike penalties in HS next Friday when the kids see this on IG this week 🤣🤣🤣

The loudest ones in the stands are usually the quietest ones during the fundraising or feeding
Coach Mann M.Ed.@ThamannjrSep 16
A lot of the parents yelling at HS coaches, never donated to the fundraiser, volunteered for Thursday meals, helped the booster club, made a sandwich, sent their kids to training watched any film. NO COACH WANTS TO LOSE.

I have a solid staff of 3-4 guys who could be Coordinators or Head Coaches one day. It makes life easier for sure.
Coach Mann M.Ed.@ThamannjrSep 11
Older coaches if you have a young coach that is really good, help them be great. Don’t hold them back because they need to pay their dues. Help them to one day become better than you. Grow the future!
