The bulk of planned execution falls in this half, and revenue and profitability are expected to step up accordingly as project milestones are delivered. Maximum of our orders / projects are covered with LCs, leaving little room for receivable risk and project execution. - UAE operations demonstrated strong order traction in Q2 FY27 despite regional challenges, with installation continuing under enhanced security and protective measures. - Africa initiatives are gaining momentum, including solutions for cell and gene therapy (CGT) and other advanced-technology facility projects. - Fabtech navigated geopolitical uncertainty and freight volatility across GCC markets while maintaining continuity of operations, deliveries and customer commitments despite higher costs. What affects Company's Margin: - Higher freight and logistics costs due to shipping rate escalation mitigated by route re-routing, air uplift and war-risk surcharges. However, this impacted project execution costs and gross profit margins during H1 FY27. - Exceptional and non-recurring costs arising from enhanced site security, protective measures, standby and idle time, and extended project preliminaries impacted H1 FY27 profitability - not expected to recur at the same level in H2. - Higher raw material costs on a major reference vaccine project. Robust Order Book Visibility Healthy Order Book of ~900 Cr. Additional prospective orders from Africa and Saudi Arabia under discussion: Rs. 800-850 Cr. The existing order position provides meaningful visibility over the next 12 months. Growth Outlook Confident of achieving its FY27 operational PAT margin objective of 8–9%. The improvement in EBITDA and net profit, along with better margins, reflects our continued focus on running our operations efficiently and building a stronger, more profitable business. Our presence across a range of industries and international markets continues to be an important strength. At the same time, we are working to build new avenues for growth beyond our established packaging business i.e. the Taslan Yarn and Non-woven Products. Our focus is on improving the commercial contribution from our newer initiatives, developing stronger customer relationships and converting the opportunities in these businesses into sustainable revenues. We see potential to broaden our product offering and serve more specialised customer requirements as these initiatives progress. Going forward, we will continue to focus on improving operational efficiency, expanding our manufacturing capabilities and maintaining a disciplined approach to capital expenditure."
