Honest to god… Plumbers came to fix a leaking tap, and the result? A flooded floor!!! Maybe check you didn’t dislodge anything BEFORE you leave. And a fantastic piece of bodgery to boot. 2nd major issue with @HomeServeUK . At least this one didn’t involve a toddler 🤬
Anyone looking for good customer services, and a reliable alarm system, then give @ADT_UK the WIDEST berth possible. What an absolute shower of amateurs. Truly shocking customer services, and a brand new system that doesn’t work properly. Muppets.
