Oak Brook Mall feels like such an anomaly to me. Seemingly every other mall is struggling or has already shut down entirely. Meanwhile, every single year, Oak Brook feels busier and busier with more foot traffic, restaurants, shops, and more. There’s even a fancy version of LifeTime Fitness in there now. People in the mall business need to study Oak Brook like the SAT because they’ve got it down to a tee, baby!
