Coaching is loving people enough to see beyond who they are today, leading with a standard that calls them higher, and empowering them to trust what they’re capable of.
What a privilege to have a place in someone’s becoming.
Happy National Coaches Day!

We've never asked for a seat at the table.
We've built one.
Turnin2 hasn't just built a national brand.
We've built a program that competes with anyone in the country without compromising who we are.

There will never be another team like that one. ❤️
So much joy in the journey

2 run rule victories to make it into Tier 1 at alliance nationals against IMG and Carolina Elite.
I get asked all the time “how do you guys get your team to compete with the best?”
Maybe, just maybe it’s because they belong in the conversation of the best of the best.
I don’t have to convince them they belong when they have proven they belong.
Mid major and D2 with passion>>>
Couple years ago we lost players to other teams because we brought on new players through the lens of potential vs present readiness. We knew if they had coaches in their corner willing to fail forward with them, they would one day maximize their potential.
Last week, we beat some of the best teams in the country with those players that “weren’t good enough at the time.”
What if we looked at players at who they can become if we talk truth into them and hold them to standards.
In the business of changing lives through belief, far beyond the softball field.

61 runs in 9 games.
Only 4 home runs.
This is the brand of softball we believe in.
Team offense.
Elite defense.
Attention to detail.
Quality at-bats.
Two-out execution.
Making winning plays when the game demands them.
Couldn’t be more proud of this group and the way they represented T2 this week and always.
We’ll keep chasing this brand of softball when the noise is loud to chase other things.

Thank you @statechampsmich, @Turnin2Softball, and @Kenzie_LongT2 for an amazing opportunity to play with the girls I’ve been competing with and against the past 10 years. It was a privilege to be involved and a blessing that I enjoyed every second of!!
