Happy National Athletic Training Month!
Every March, we celebrate the essential work athletic trainers do to keep people safe, healthy and performing their best.
This year’s theme, Care You Can Count On, highlights the trusted, evidence‑based health care athletic trainers deliver in every setting. From the sidelines to clinics to industrial workplaces, ATs show up with expertise, compassion and unwavering commitment to the communities they serve.
Thank you to every athletic trainer who makes a difference every day. We see you. We appreciate you. We count on you.

Today I need to remind myself that I don’t cause these injuries. I’m just there to take care of them. Coaches - please trust your athletic trainers, and please don’t get mad at them for doing their jobs. We are not the cause, we are the solution. Rant over. 5/5

As NATM comes to an end, I would like to say that I’m grateful to be Athletic Trainer.
Often times it is a thankless and underpaid profession. However, the relationships that you build with colleagues, athletes, coaches and admin make it all worth it!
HAPPY NATM EVERYONE!

My athletes will never know how many days I’ve walked in, in a bad mood and they absolutely turned my entire day around.
They’ve made me smile when I didn’t think I had a reason to. Laugh when I didn’t want to.
And I can never thank them enough for that.
