Well my main idea for It was 1 the story begins as a parody however as it goes on the signs of it being another death loop are obvious the protag gets king crimson then the other characters are like parodies of diavolos hitmen and as the story goes on the hint becomes more obv

You can be. The twist could easily be seen as a copout if it's placed at the end, I’d recommend having Diavolo realize at the midpoint or ealier, and have the new plot being getting strong enough to beat Giorno to death, fake reality be damned.
