😃😃 We did it!
We’ve launched one of the first - if not the first - AI integrations for Xero Practice Manager (XPM). And it’s Xero approved & Claude friendly.
Imagine asking XPM:
• What needs attention today?
• What’s overdue across jobs and invoices?
• Where is unbilled work building up?
• Which clients have gone quiet?
• What is each staff member working on this week?
🔢 We’re looking for 4 accountants who use XPM to join us for a 30-minute Google Meet and give us candid feedback on how useful this is in the real world.
As a thank you, we’ll send you a $150 Amazon gift voucher.
Interested? Comment below or DM me.
🎥 Video attached: A live walkthrough, including adding a timesheet entry to XPM.
The video showcases both the LogicGlue web interface and using Claude with XPM via the LogicGlue Claude Connector. Note all data is our sample demo data.

La realidad es que las personas que son *realmente* buenas usando IA, son las que igual serían buenas *sin* IA.
SITUATION DETECTED: Delaware is drafting a proposal for a new form of corporate entity called an Artificial Intelligence Company (AIC). An AI managing an AIC would be able to provide services, sign contracts, hold property, and even file or defend lawsuits in the company’s name.

I’m in love with this sentence:

As of today Voyager 1 is one light-day from Earth - 25.9 billion km (16.1 billion miles) away.
A radio signal now takes 24 hours to reach it. In ~50 years, it has traveled about 1/1500th of the way to Alpha Centauri, our nearest star at 4.27 light-years.

Not today. Voyager 1 will reach one light-day away from Earth, Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2026, at 5:16:07 a.m. EST.

“There is no moat.”
But moats are everywhere:
Ambition.
Taste.
Agency.
Curiosity.
Judgment.
Courage.
Obsession.

Integrity.
Patience.

Anthropic has updated its Terms of Service to prohibit abusive behaviour towards its AI models.
"Addressing abusive behavior toward our models
We’ve added a prohibition on sustained and needless abusive or cruel behavior toward our models. The policy update is meant to apply only in extreme cases, where users repeatedly act cruelly toward our models, with no discernible purpose. It does not apply to common versions of user frustration, pushback, dark creative themes, or model testing and research.
This addition aligns with a step we've already taken, allowing Claude models to end rare conversations with persistently abusive users on Claude.ai and Claude Code. Such abuse is the main focus of this update; Claude’s ability to end these interactions will remain the primary enforcement mechanism."
Perhaps Anthropic is uncomfortable with a human-like product tolerating behaviour that a real person wouldn't.

This might be a hot take, but the real AI divide will not be rich versus poor or young versus old. It will be curious versus afraid. The tools are nearly free and getting better every month. The only thing standing between most people and that leverage is a decision.
Amazing.
Last night an AI agent performed brain surgery on a mouse.
We gave it 19 gene therapy vectors in a spreadsheet, a mouse model of epilepsy, access to a motorize surgery rig with cameras and one goal: reduce seizures.
It picked the drug. It picked the brain region. It derived the coordinates from three papers. Then it drove the stereotaxic arms into the brain and injected 250 nanolitres while watching the entry site through the rig camera for bleeding.
A licensed vet gated every irreversible step and held a physical kill switch to stop the AI agent.
Thread on what it decided, what it saw, and the moment it refused to let me override it.
[Writing this on the spot out of excitement, but I've been 18hrs in front of my laptop coding and coordinating this, so keeping it brief and descriptive, more cohesive thoughts on this soon...]
