For all the network explorer devs out there, could you guys create a section that shows all the identified business accounts registered on the network? Would be cool to watch that grouping grow overtime 🙌

“AWESOME” probably doesn’t even do this invite justice!! So I’ll just say this: anyone paying attention to where finance and payments are headed will probably want to pay attention to what @KeetaNetwork is building. Tomorrow marks one year of Keeta mainnet, and somehow I was invited to join Ty, Roy and the community for the anniversary KeeTalks Space💪 A lot has happened in that first year, and I have a feeling we’re still only seeing the beginning of what Keeta was built to become!! September 22 • 3:00 PM CST Come listen in🤙This should be a good one🔥 $KTA

I don’t know, but I have this strange feeling there’s a limited opportunity to actually be part of what #Keeta is becoming. Not just owning an asset or watching from the outside, but actually following the build, understanding the pieces, watching the infrastructure come together and see where it all leads. Because if @KeetaNetwork gets even close to what they’re trying to build out, this isn’t going to stay some niche thing people argue about online. It starts showing up in places most people never even realized needed fixing!! Of course, there’s the part I personally don’t want to miss… The “I told you so” $KTA 🤙

KeetaView is temporarily offline while I expand its storage capacity to support the growing network index. The indexed data remains preserved, and service will return after the upgrade and verification are complete. Thanks for your patience!

a conversation about robinhood's tokenized stocks just produced the clearest statement of keeta's regulatory thesis ty has written. the question: how is it legal to trade registered securities as open tokens on a permissionless chain? ty's first answer was the industry playbook: tokenize outside the us where it's allowed, exclude us persons. pushed on the fact that the tokens themselves carry no checks, he went further. the gray area, in his words, comes down to whether a network is knowingly supporting or facilitating a particular use case. keeta has a kyc and compliance path specifically designed to prevent prohibited activity. then this is the one to read twice. evm networks without comparable controls at the protocol level "can, at least for now, lean on their noncustodial and decentralized nature. i don't think that distinction necessarily protects them indefinitely, particularly as regulatory pressure increases and regulators focus more on what networks and their surrounding infrastructure are actually capable of identifying or preventing." read that as a prediction. the defense most chains rely on is "we can't see it, we can't stop it, so we're not responsible." ty is betting the test flips to "what could you have seen, and what could you have stopped." the network that built the capability wins that exam. the network that built the excuse doesn't. that's the same bet as the control surface thesis from the occ letters, the imf's authorization layer, and the bank onboarding architecture. compliance as a property of the network, not a promise from the app on top. "at least for now" is doing a lot of work in that quote. it's the founder saying the decentralization defense has an expiration date, and building for the day after it.

My understanding is that the gray area largely comes down to whether a network is knowingly supporting or facilitating a particular use case. Keeta, for example, has a KYC and compliance path specifically designed to prevent prohibited activity. Many EVM-based networks don’t have comparable controls at the protocol level and can, at least for now, lean on their noncustodial and decentralized nature. I don’t think that distinction necessarily protects them indefinitely, particularly as regulatory pressure increases and regulators focus more on what networks and their surrounding infrastructure are actually capable of identifying or preventing.

I expect regulators to become increasingly aggressive on this topic over the coming months and years. Under the current Trump administration, there may be less appetite for aggressive enforcement against decentralized networks within the U.S., but administrations change and regulatory interpretations can change with them. Europe and the UAE are already moving more aggressively toward comprehensive AML/CFT requirements for digital assets. I think the direction of travel is fairly clear: companies and infrastructure providers operating in regulated markets will increasingly have to demonstrate meaningful compliance controls or ultimately face restrictions on their ability to operate in those jurisdictions. In the U.S., that means navigating requirements such as the BSA where applicable. Other jurisdictions have their own frameworks, but the broader expectation around KYC, transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, Travel Rule compliance, and preventing illicit activity is becoming increasingly global. That is where I think networks designed with compliance capabilities at the protocol level have a significant long-term advantage.

Respectfully, I think your basis is substantially off. We’re targeting $5M+/month from this partnership alone. They serve 80,000+ clients, a significant percentage of whom are crypto-native and have specifically requested this functionality. The entire premise of private aviation is being able to go where you want, when you want. That inherently means operating outside traditional banking hours, making 24/7 real-time settlement another meaningful driver in addition to lower fees. We have other partnerships targeting $100M/month, and a few that we believe have the potential to exceed $5B/month over time. Additionally, comparing Keeta to “other neobanks” fundamentally misunderstands what we are. Keeta isn’t a neobank. We’re infrastructure designed for banks, fintechs, payment providers, exchanges, and institutions to build and settle on. As always, these are targets based on current partner discussions and anticipated activity. Actual volumes will depend on implementation, adoption, and partner activity.
