My brother wrote this book. Well worth reading. It touches the deepest part of a soul, the despair, the healing and the joy.

This is very concerning. The USAID wants to usurp our constitution. Folks we all need to come together or we will not have a country, a safe country to raise our kids in.

Elon Musk was once a moderate Democrat who supported Barack Obama. He even stood in line for six hours just to shake Obama's hand when he was running for president.
In 2010, President Obama visited SpaceX at Cape Canaveral, where Elon personally showed him around.
But years later, Elon could no longer support the Democrats, because they had become “the party of division and hate.” He eventually shifted his support to the Republicans.
Now, House Democrats are preparing to make Elon Musk a major target of congressional investigations if they regain control of the House in the midterms.
Also in previous years, Tesla stores, vehicles, and Superchargers were targeted by arson, vandalism, and gunfire. Political disagreements are never an excuse for violence. These are crimes, not legitimate forms of protest.
It's remarkable how much the relationship between Elon Musk and the Democratic Party has changed.
Elon Musk: Neuralink's Blindsight vision implant is coming soon
"Even if somebody's completely blind, we can write directly to the visual cortex"
The first version will offer low-resolution vision, but the long-term goal goes much further:
"You would have very high resolution and be able to see multispectral wavelengths. You could see in infrared, ultraviolet, radar. It's like a superpower situation"

Elon just changed what wins on X.
Not likes. Not outrage. Not the loudest headline.
Time.
Overnight he announced two changes to the timeline. A new AI ranking model that predicts much better how long people will actually spend on a post. And a retrieval model trained to surface posts people read all the way through.
Read that again.
All the way through.
For fifteen years, social media ran on one business model: hijack your thumb. Make it angry, make it short, make it scroll.
The result? Millions of people arguing about articles nobody opened.
Everyone assumed that was just human nature.
It wasn't. It was the incentive.
Change what the machine rewards, and you change what people create.
Reward rage, you get rage.
Reward clickbait, you get clickbait.
Reward depth, and suddenly people start thinking before they post.
That's what most people miss about Elon.
He doesn't complain about incentives. He rewrites them.
Tesla didn't beg the car industry to care about electric. It built cars so good the industry had to follow.
SpaceX didn't lobby for cheaper rockets. It landed them, and the cost of reaching orbit collapsed.
Now X is doing the same thing to the scarcest resource on Earth: your attention.
And according to Elon, user active seconds are growing exponentially, hitting all-time highs almost every day.
Turns out people don't hate reading.
They hate wasting their time.
Fun fact: if you're still here, you just trained the algorithm. Welcome to the experiment.
Small change in code. Big change in civilization.
Because a species that wants to become multiplanetary can't run on an eight-second attention span.
Nobody gets to Mars by skimming.
You get there by thinking long, building long, and finishing what you start.
Even posts.

I live in Japan.
Lately, I've started writing down things I overhear American tourists say.
Here are my favorites so far.
At Fushimi Inari, the mountain path with thousands of red gates:
"Babe. How many more gates? We passed the 'last one' an hour ago."
At a convenience store at midnight:
"Why is this egg sandwich better than the food at our wedding?"
In Nara, where the deer bow:
"That deer just bowed at me. Do I bow back? ...I'm bowing back. I'm already bowing back."
On a bullet train platform:
"It left at exactly 10:00. Not 10:01. I'm a little scared."
Coming out of a restroom:
"The toilet started playing music, so I panicked and pressed every button."
And then there's the one I didn't overhear. I just saw it.
At Tokyo Station, the bullet train cleaning crew was lined up on the platform, bowing as the train pulled in.
A little American girl, maybe six years old, stopped walking.
She put her hands at her sides and bowed back. A big, serious, very careful bow.
The whole crew smiled, and bowed to her again.
She looked up at her mom and whispered, "They're so nice."
I've lived here my whole life.
That was one of the best things I've ever seen at Tokyo Station.

You want to know how to deal with a narcissist? It's actually fucking simple. But first, you've got to stop looking at them like they're some poor, misunderstood soul who just needs another chance.
You've given them more chances than a dodgy kebab shop gets after poisoning half the town. Enough.
The biggest mistake people make is trying to confront them, expose them, teach them a lesson or get revenge. Fuck all that. You're trying to win an argument with someone who'll set the kitchen on fire, blame you for buying the matches, then start crying because nobody asked if they're okay.
You're playing chess with a pigeon. It'll knock the pieces over, shit on the board and strut around like it's just beaten Magnus Carlsen.
And you're still sitting there planning your next move.
Listen carefully. Some people aren't interested in sorting things out. They just want to keep you tangled up in their bullshit. As long as you're explaining yourself, defending yourself, apologising or begging them to understand, they've still got your attention.
And that's exactly what they want.
They don't necessarily love you for who you are. They love the version of themselves they get to see through your admiration. You've become their personal mirror, therapist, cheerleader and emergency emotional support animal.
All unpaid, by the way.
They've trained you to feel responsible for their happiness. When they explode, you're supposed to calm them down. When they cry, you're supposed to comfort them. When they treat you like shit, you're supposed to remember that one lovely afternoon six months ago when they bought you a coffee and didn't insult your entire bloodline.
Fucking congratulations. You've been promoted to looking after the emotions of a fully grown adult who can't even manage their own.
And the tactics? Christ alive.
One minute they're shouting like a possessed auctioneer. The next they're crying crocodile tears, telling you nobody's ever understood them. Then comes the tragic childhood story, followed by a suspiciously convenient apology and just enough affection to make you question whether you imagined the whole bloody thing.
You didn't.
A little kindness arrives after a mountain of misery, and suddenly that tiny crumb feels like a five-course meal.
You're starving for affection, and they're handing you half a digestive biscuit like they've just saved your life.
And you're thanking them.
Look at what happens to you. You walk into a conversation feeling perfectly normal. Forty minutes later, you're exhausted, apologising for something you didn't do and wondering whether you're the problem because you apparently breathed with an aggressive tone.
How the fuck did we get here?
Because the conversation never stays about the original problem. Somehow, every bloody thing ends up being about their feelings, their suffering and their version of events. They've built an entire little kingdom out of excuses, and you're paying the council tax.
Now watch what happens when you stop trying to convince them.
You stop explaining what they've done wrong for the 97th time. You stop delivering PowerPoint presentations on basic human decency to someone who's already seen the slides and set the projector on fire.
You finally see what they're doing.
And once you see it, the whole performance starts looking fucking ridiculous.
The sudden tears. The convenient emergencies. The dramatic apologies. The little scraps of affection arriving precisely when you're about to leave.
It's like watching a magician after somebody's shown you where he hides the fucking rabbit.
You can't unsee it.
And that's when you stop playing.
No grand speech. No final courtroom statement. No twelve-page essay explaining why you've had enough. You've already explained yourself so many times you could publish the transcripts as a fucking trilogy.
Just leave the game.
Because people who rely on controlling your reactions often struggle when you stop giving them what they want. They might try anger, guilt, promises or one last spectacular performance worthy of an Oscar.
Let them audition somewhere else.
You don't need to sit in the front row clapping while somebody repeatedly turns your life into a fucking circus.
And forget revenge. Seriously. What are you going to do, spend another six months thinking about someone you're supposedly trying to escape?
That's like escaping prison and immediately applying for a job as the fucking prison cleaner.
Move on.
You might wonder what happens when you stop giving them attention. Will they find somebody else? Will they repeat the same behaviour? Will they finally realise what they've lost?
Who gives a shit?
Their next relationship isn't your problem. You're not responsible for teaching them how to behave. Whether they change, fall apart, apologise or suddenly discover Buddhism in a Tesco car park is their business.
You've got your own life to get back.
And understand something about attention. For someone who constantly needs a reaction, even your anger can be enough to keep them going. Every furious paragraph, every late-night argument, every desperate attempt to make them admit the truth keeps you stuck in the same old bullshit.
Stop giving it to them.
If no contact is safe and practical, that means no midnight essays, no checking their profile to see whether they're miserable, no sending one last message disguised as closure. If you've got children, legal matters or shared responsibilities, keep communication limited to what's necessary.
You don't need to burn your entire house down because somebody left a toothbrush in the bathroom. Get your belongings, sort your responsibilities and get on with your life.
And please, for the love of God, stop treating every little thing they post online like it's some secret message meant for you.
They post a sunset. You think it's about you.
They post a song. You analyse the lyrics.
They change their profile picture and suddenly you're sitting there at three in the morning trying to work out what a fucking haircut means.
Mate, go to bed.
You've got to stop making their every move your business. You're supposed to be getting away from them, yet you're still checking what they're doing, who they're following and whether they're having a worse time than you.
You're practically doing unpaid surveillance on someone you claim you want nothing to do with.
And for what?
So you can find one tiny little clue that they miss you? Then what? You're back where you started, staring at your phone like a fucking meerkat waiting for something to happen.
The real victory is when you couldn't give a shit what they're doing anymore.
You wake up one morning, make yourself a coffee, get on with your day and realise you haven't thought about their nonsense once.
No arguments. No checking their account. No sitting in the shower rehearsing what you should've said six months ago.
Just getting on with your bloody life.
And the funniest part?
You spent months trying to get them to understand you.
Then one day, you finally understood what was going on.
And you left.
Game over.

Here are Elon Musk's full remarks at the Presidential Parade a few minutes ago.
“This is what victory feels like!
And this was no ordinary victory. This was a fork in the road of human civilization.
You know, there are elections that come and go. Some elections are important, some are not. But this one really mattered.
And I just want to say thank you for making it happen. My heart goes out to you. It is thanks to you that the future of civilization is assured.
Thanks to you, we're going to have safe cities, finally, secure borders, sensible spending. Basic stuff.
And we're going to take Doge to Mars! I mean, can you imagine how awesome it will be to have American astronauts plant the flag on another planet for the first time? How inspiring would that be?
You know, there's always problems in life. Solve that problem, solve that problem. But, you know, there need to be things that inspire you. There needs to be things that make you glad to wake up in the morning and say, I'm looking forward to the future.
I love you guys. And let me tell you, I'm gonna work my ass off. I really will. I really will. I'm super fired up for the future. It's going to be very exciting.
As the president said, we're going to have a Golden Age. It's going to be fantastic.
One of the fundamental things, one of the most American values that I love is optimism. This feeling like we're going to, make the future good. We're going to make it.
So, man, I can't wait. This is going to be fantastic. Thank you again. I'm just so excited about the future. Thank you, guys. Thank you!”

The richest man on Earth, surrounded by the most advanced technology humans have ever built, looks at reality and says: something is fundamentally missing from our understanding. Not a small gap. A massive one. The kind that future generations will look back at and think “how did they not see that?”
He doesn’t buy the clean materialist story — that we’re just atoms bouncing around, consciousness is just neurons firing, and when it’s over it’s over. Not because he’s religious. Because the math doesn’t add up. Quantum mechanics alone breaks enough rules about what “reality” is supposed to mean that the most honest scientific position is: we have no idea what’s actually going on at the deepest level.
Is it a soul?

For the first three or four years that I started posting about narcissistic abuse on this account here, I was largely fueled by my daily triggers of memories of my abuse. I woke up every morning not knowing what I was going to post about or if I was going to post. Every day I thought Maybe today I won’t post anything. Maybe I’m done. But then something would remind me of the way my dad or my mom treated me and I would remember but this time, I would understand the pattern of abuse that I was remembering. And I would experience anger and pain and I had to get it out so I would put it into words and post about it And turn it into a warning or an educational post. Every day was like that. I woke up not knowing if I was gonna post anything and then I’d end up not being able to NOT post what was on my mind.
And it turned out that not only was I recording a long list of abuse patterns, but I was helping my brain process it and get it out.
My motivation since has changed much as I have processed so much of what I needed to process, I’m not driven much by daily triggers and having to process it into words and share it publicly. Now I feel like I’m doing a different kind of work. Just as important But Im motivated less by emotions now.
It’s just something I’m realizing now that I’m able to go about my days not feeling overwhelmed regularly by memories of my abusers. And I can’t stress enough how important it is to find a way to process these emotions in a positive way. They need to get out from inside us. It’s almost like a metaphorical act that our unconscious brain needs to witness so that it can move forward.
Whether you’re writing music, or poetry, or maybe you’ve never painted before and you just thought it might be fun to try it, try it. Listen to that. Just start doing it. Maybe you wanna do something more physical. If you’re physically able to, you could take up a martial arts class or something. Direct those emotions outward in a healthy way. 🙏🏼❤️🩹💛

THE CONNECTION THAT REWRITES YOU.
Some connections don’t just touch your heart. They reach into the deepest chambers of your being and awaken parts of you that have been sleeping for years.
They challenge the identity you built to survive.
They expose the wounds you learned to hide.
They awaken desires you were afraid to admit.
They bring your shadows to the surface and force you to confront the truth of who you are beneath the masks.
And suddenly, the person you were before meeting them begins to feel like a distant version of yourself.
There is something mystical about meeting a soul who becomes a mirror to your own consciousness. A connection so intense that it feels as though the universe has placed two worlds together, not merely for pleasure, but for transformation.
But understand this: not every intense connection is meant to last forever, and not every soul who awakens you is meant to stay.
Some connections come to reveal.
Some come to heal.
Some come to destroy the illusions you’ve mistaken for your identity.
And some are willing to grow alongside you as you both become more conscious, more honest, and more capable of loving without losing yourselves.
The deepest connection isn’t the one that makes you addicted to another person.
It’s the one that brings you closer to the truth of yourself.
Because when a connection truly rewrites you, you don’t simply walk away remembering how they made you feel.
You walk away—or walk forward together—with a different understanding of love, intimacy, consciousness, and the person you are becoming.
Some souls enter your life as an encounter. Others become a turning point in your evolution.
