This issue of raising kids that are not yours biologically is becoming too hard to ignore. Siongei kuhusu staying with kids because you want their mother sexually or staying with their father because ni pesa zake unataka. I mean oldschool stepmoms and stepdads
It's easier for men kukaa na watoto si wao na kuwalea kama wale wao than for women to do that. Unasikia mwanamke anasema “mi siezilea mtoto si wangu” and you wonder, kama uko na mtoto anything can happen to you na uende sayuni. Huyo mtoto wako atabaki na nani?
Mwanamke hawezilea mtoto sio wake especially in situations where it's a case ya orphan, is a woman who is capable of murder. Such women eventually “God forbid” wakikufa watoto wao hukapitia sana. Basic humanity is take care of the one who can't provided that you have the ability to do so.
I know this is going to trigger some of you but so be it. After all if it trigger's you, then you are sorry excuse for a human being.

I AFFIRM!!!
Today, the grace of God is sufficient for me. No power or scheme of man can limit me.
I am the prize. I attract soft life, big money, and peace. Everything I touch turns to gold. I don't chase, I receive.

THE NEW FEMALE MANAGER DISCOVERED THAT ONE EMPLOYEE HAD BEEN WORKING WITHOUT A PROMOTION FOR NINE YEARS. HER RESPONSE SHOCKED HIM. 😅
Manager: “Robert, how long have you worked here?”
Robert: “Nine years, ma'am.”
Manager: “And what position are you holding?”
Robert: “Senior Operations Assistant.”
Manager: “Interesting. What position did you start with?”
Robert: “Junior Operations Assistant.”
Manager: “So you've only moved one level in nine years?”
Robert: “Yes, ma'am. I'm very loyal.”
Manager: “Have you ever asked for a promotion?”
Robert: “Several times.”
Manager: “And what did management say?”
Robert: “They said I'm too valuable where I am.”
Manager: “That's unfortunate. What exactly do you do?”
Robert: “I train new employees, supervise the department, approve reports, handle difficult clients, and occasionally cover for my manager.”
Manager: “Wait. Who approves your leave?”
Robert: “My manager.”
Manager: “And who handles his work when he's away?”
Robert: “Me.”
The manager slowly closed her notebook.
Manager: “Robert, I have some good news. I'm recommending you for a promotion.”
Robert's face lit up.
Robert: “Really, ma'am? After nine years?”
Manager: “Absolutely. We're moving you to Assistant Manager.”
Robert: “Thank you so much!”
Manager: “And your new responsibilities will include supervising the entire department.”
Robert smiled.
“Wonderful, ma'am. One question, though.”
Manager: “Yes?”
Robert: “Who will be doing my old job?”
Manager: “You will, until we find someone.”
Robert stood up.
“Ma'am, I think I'll need nine more years to think about this offer.”
