If you want to use a broader definition of a GPU to include the software algorithm, then nothing that executes software is deterministic. The OP is even more specific about the FPU and not the whole GPU being non-deterministic. Except for rare radiation effects, that is false.

That is a non-deterministic algorithm. The FPU is still deterministic. If you give the GPU two different computations, it can deterministicly give two different results.

They are not quite 100% deterministic. They can have bit flips from radiation. It is rare on earth. However, large clusters get bit errors frequently because they have thousands of GPUs.

That is a non-deterministic algorithm, not a non-deterministic GPU.

Is that a good event or the end of something bad? If it counts, so does the end of a war. Maybe Yeltsin visiting a US supermarket would be better.

Not insane. This is the most basic and well-known covert channel. It has been exploited since at least the 1980s. It is super fast and super easy to implement. Anyone who puts any thought into covert channels assumes this exists.

A better measure of payload is "wing" area and air speed. The max gross of an airplane is constrained by these two. Volume grows with the cube of span and lift/gross weight grows with the square. A 747 has a higher volume to max gross ratio than a 737.

The movie was set in MN not ND despite the name.

Good conversation. I wonder if the labor and economic restrictions when the Turks came in the 1970s were looser than they are today. Coworkers and classmates are two of the biggest assimilation forces.

Is this a case of theory vs. practice? In practice, opaque bureaucracies assign your property value with little recourse to the homeowner. Overlapping school districts, transit areas, and municipalities set the rate. Small constituencies tack on bonds.

Also, except at the equator, longitudinal lines are not straight. North of the equator, driving due west requires a slow turn to the left. Even the equator is just a segment of a circle centered at the center of the Earth that requires constantly turning "downward".

Didn't she famously go on strike from school for like 5 years and did remote school on an expensive yacht?

LLMs have become able to deliver more tokens with the same amount of hardware. There is competing hardware to the H100 that is also generating those tokens, while the H100 can be used for other uses (like training).

Hawaii too. You either take the one old cruise ship, or you make a stop hundreds of miles away at someplace like French Polynesia.

They knew it was the SRB because thr live broadcasts showed the explosion starting at the SRB. They took time to figure out how it failed. However, anyone could see it was the SRB.

Maybe. If they do not get too hot, too wet, or get too high of voltage. Thermal cycles and moisture are really tough on electronics. High voltage may over drive them. 120 V from the socket can drift up and down.
