Hill sprints are starting to look like hill SPRINTS again! So grateful I GET to do this.
You can live life with a “get to” mentality or a “got to” mentality—the choice is yours every day. Since last summer, I’ve gained so much gratitude for the things I GET to do again. When everything is taken from you and you can’t do anything under your own power, you realize just how much you took for granted.
For me: coaching practice, playing in the yard with my kids, watching them compete in sports—even doing hill sprints.
It wasn’t that long ago that I wouldn’t have been able to walk up that hill. Now, by the grace of God and the willpower to grind every day, I’m back to sprinting.
Stop taking things for granted and appreciate the things we GET to do.

An MLB player tosses a ball to a kid wearing his jersey.
The kid makes the catch… then hands it to his little sister and gives her a hug. How can you not love baseball

They second guess themselves and call it reaction time. I call it changing the call based on what happened AFTER the takedown occurred. It's one of the biggest issues in folkstyle wrestling. If refs closed their eyes as soon as they made the call, they are right 9 times out of 10. But the "after action" influences them.
The most wrestling thing I have seen in a long time is Hepner @UNCWrestling … medical professionals call for the stretcher, dude gets up like the undertaker, continues his match and stops Messenbrink’s perfect bonus record. Then proceeds on the backside to AA. Nothing like it…
