What an absolute shambles @bt_uk & @EE are over a week since my phone service was supposed to start and still no phone so called engineer never even turned up so far I’ve spent over 3 hours on hold and a full day waiting for a engineer seriously thinking about getting #sky back

Apparently this is what you get for £35 a month on a guaranteed 35mbps contract

Why’s it always when you complain about @SkyUK crap service they always ask you to DM them to sort it I’m guessing their too ashamed to discuss the inadequate service in public #shitsky

Also @SkyUK I’m gonna be cancelling the direct debit I’m not paying over the odds for this kind of service

Just giving you fair warning @skyuk I’m not gonna make any more calls or try to fix your crap equipment I’m just going to bin it and bill you for the time and effort I’ve been putting up with since you installed this crap years ago you’ve already lost me as a tv customer

I’ve come to the conclusion that @virginmedia are just wasting my time saying it’s available then it’s not even though they send reps out to get you to sign up if they don’t hurry up I’ll just go with another company

Nothing else to say except @SkyUK is absolutely wank and over priced the shit service you get WiFi boost my arse

Are #Amazon private drivers Ex #Evri Drivers because they deliver like it drop the parcel anywhere take a picture ring bell once and just leave if @amazon are starting to deliver like this regular I’ll be going elsewhere in the future

So apparently this is @SkyUK super fast broadband and and I pay £5 extra for Boost 😂 so happy @virginmedia are finally getting to my street I actually had to turn my tv off so my smart device was able to turn off the house lights last night #skyshameonyou

Well after tonight’s episode of trying to sort out @asda so called shopping app I had to go online and do everything online so what’s the point of even having the app for people to use when it messes up so much @Tesco you place your order on the app and job done back to @Tesco

Well after my rant about @AsdaServiceTeam & them having no @Warburtons they kindly messaged me asking for the order number saying they were sorry and going to pass it on who to 🤔Asda so bad for customer support

Well I actually couldn’t believe it when I was notified by @AsdaServiceTeam that they had no substitute for the @Warburtons thick toasty bread which is the best bread in my opinion I don’t understand how a big supermarket like #asda has no substitute bread 🤷‍♂️wtf is happening???

Soo I’m well excited @virginmedia are finally coming up my estate not long before bye bye @SkyUK it’s been a painful 25+year relationship with you with you
