In the past year, I have had the privilege of being a game design mentor to a bunch of people, including women such as @hildewereld and @AbigailGelston! Seeing them grow in their abilities and confidence has been incredible!✨

Being at Italic Pig, a gender diverse studio, is a really rewarding place to arrive at. In my previous years in the industry, I had been in the minority or sometimes the only woman on a team. And you know, sometimes that can be hard. So I was determined to support others.💪

When I joined the @italicpig team, the game was already in development. It was a challenge to wrap my head around every aspect of the game, the vision, the design, the art, everything, as well as take on Lead Designer responsibilities.

Despite risk of dying of embarrassment, I guess I should list some reasons to vote for me.😳 I've been a passionate gamer and game developer since a young age - last year I became Game Director of Paleo Pines, which is truly a childhood dream come true.✨
