Someone asked me how to scale creative volume without the quality dropping.
1. Turn your calls into a playbook.
I gave Claude the transcripts of 1200+ recorded Loom calls.
It pulled out 337 patterns that keep coming back.
That playbook now a pattern recognition of my way of thinking.
2. Write from swipes or winner skeletons instead of writing from scratch.
Transcribe ads that have real spend behind them.
Break them down into copy blocks.
Hand Claude the transcript plus your breakdown.
3. 50 hooks first. Bodies after.
Let AI write hooks to get some ideas and then rewrite 3x of them perfectly to your way of thinking
4. Give feedback by rechiefing the full copy by rewriting it.
Finish all 15 to 20 scripts in one or two days, then send back your final edited versions.
5. Iterate on your winners.
New format, new lead, new concept on an ad that already works.
More volume with almost no quality risk.
That's how you can increase the quantity before quality drops.
If your output gets worse when you scale, look at your customer research before you blame the AI.
If your version falls flat, you didn't understand why it worked.
Volume multiplies whatever skill you already have.
So get better at copy first.
If you're struggling to find good VSLs or long-form ads to break down, this is the TrendTrack filter I use.
Have fun and use this as an example swipe:

@KevinCreatives_ Is the best if you want to learn things about CS or overall Ads
Don't get me wrong suno there, natives there
but nothing beats a nice solutionaware vsl 4-5min long
i'm to unc for these degen stuff even tho i have some sunos spending 10-15k as a single ad on now
How to find good VSL-Ads to swipe right now:
Open Trendtrack and use these Filter:
Turn Shopify only ON.
Ad countries and visitor countries to US.
Filter active ads on the page, 1000 plus.
Set active days from 14 to 90.
Filter ad rank, max rank top 10.
If a brand runs 1000 ads and this one is top 10, that is where the sauce is.
Filter video duration to 90 seconds or longer.
Now transcribe the ones you like, read them out loud and break them down.
Thank me later

For all the hell that is the US🇺🇸
the ppl are extremely warm & outgoing
even checking out at a grocery store, the clerk will chat u up ask about ur day, smile, trade stories, etc
nowhere else (maybe Southeast Asia) can you have such simple uplifting exchanges with strangers. especially true in the American south
this culture is a big part of what makes the US the largest economy in the world
lets fucking cook
Second month as a Jr. Creative Strategist. I've been learning a ton, cutting back on AI and prioritizing using my fucking brain (as @KevinCreatives_ suggests)
This is the spend my ads have generated over the last 30 days. Although a single concept accounts for 50% of the spend

Working on my inner child is a big reason my life changed so fast.
I was always the guy trying to break old habits. Habit trackers. Books. More information. More self-improvement.
I had very bad habits and a lot of problems I never solved, and I never followed through on anything new.
I never did that with myself. I kept adding good habits on top of the garbage inside me.
I told one of my employees recently: if you really want to change, stop adding good habits.
Find your bad ones and kill them.
Every time you want to grow, the old version of you has to die. Completely.
I call it self-destruction.
Self-improvement stacks new stuff on top of the garbage. Self-destruction clears it out.
Once the old habits are dead, your mind is free and there's finally room for something new.
So take the time.
Find out what's going on inside you and why it keeps repeating. Work through your past and let it go.
That's how the old person dies and a new one shows up.
It won't happen overnight. Probably a decade. Maybe your whole life.
everyday the competition gets harder and harder:
new software everyday
new ai models everyday
new competitor everyday
you cannot be the same for months
level up
Nobody hires a junior creative strategist because of a CV.
With zero experience, yours has nothing to show, and no brand owner reads an empty page and decides to bet on you.
So stop sending it. Send work.
Find the people who own brands.
Write example briefs and scripts for their product. Break them down.
Show how you built them and why you think the brief will work.
Then say it straight:
"I've written this many copies.
I want to work with you and scale your business.
I'll write your next scripts for free and break them down. Give me one test week and I'll make sure they perform."
With zero experience, that's the only door that opens.
And you knock every day. Send a lot of outreach.
Create briefs and videos every single day and send them over every time.
Push until they see you're the person worth investing in.
I landed a full-time role at an 8-figure brand because of my amount of work and my work ethic.
They saw potential.
Once you're in, go all in.
Get them the best results you can possibly give.
Now sit on the other side of the table, because that's where I am today.
As a brand or agency owner, hiring becomes the most important thing you do.
I've hired wrong a lot of times. It's expensive, it's a headache, and the stress never stops.
Most people who do this on the side only do it for the income.
They take your learnings, jump off, and rip you off.
So I hire hunger over skill.
I'd rather take someone with zero skills and zero experience who I can feel is all in on my brand, and whose goals line up with the vision for my company.
If they don't share the vision, why would I hire them?
A hungry hire who's all in applies everything you give them and makes the best of it.
And if my gut says no, I don't hire. Period.
That's why the junior who sends free work every day beats the one with the nice CV.
