one of the cooler things about roblox was seeing dev’s best attempts at recreating games in its engine. that then just turned into ripping off the newest indie hits, and now this. this is lame

The purpose of a system is what it does. The NHS waiting list is designed to kill trans people
Replying to @awtyism
for nottingham, you will be waiting over 8 years. london, 15 years. leeds, 19 years. exeter, 21 years. sheffield, 5 years. newcastle, 8 years.
in england, you have the right to be seen by any consultant-led nhs service within 18 weeks. yet if you are trans, no one cares.

Oh wow so they CAN easily regulate AI to not do things like steal code (or art)
Claude can no longer “Reverse Engineer Anything.”
Anthropic just quietly killed REA.
But Interesting timing.
After a few viral cases of people using Claude to reverse-engineer Samsung TV firmware and identify data-collection services, Anthropic appears to have restricted those reverse-engineering abilities.

The more Tim Sweeney insists that AI is the future the more he shows he's one tweet away from crashing out like an Ace Attorney culprit

Feels like big tech might be testing the water to see if anyone can actually afford to sue them for stealing open source code
Google copied open-sourced code, removed engineers names and claimed it as their own
artemis, Googles new open-source tool for mobile automation was found to be a exact copy of someone’s work
the original engineers named an agent randomly “hopper”, which was found, with its prompt internally
some of the engineers and co-founder’s names were found in the “authors” section of an old commit
all three names had been replaced with another author’s name in a commit, and the other 228 files from mobile-use were unchanged
