商人是逐利的， HBM 賺錢就做HBM. DRAM賺錢就出點DRAM. 重點還是 Wafer的製程，產能和良率. 這個才是記憶體大廠的賺錢的核心. 歷史經驗只要大舉擴廠虧慘， 擴太多只會砸自己的腳. 三大廠估計也不會太激進擴建. 現在價格好， 就死命大賺特賺先. 反正價格是市場訂的， 有貨的人才是話語權.
