After making my hubs & kids drive SAT-IAH in the middle of the night
(due to UA cancel) to catch their connection to SJO & then making them wait 7 hrs at the gate & then loading them on to the plane, & then canceling the flight, this is what @united has offered as compensation.
They were rebooked on another carrier. The @united agent cried tears of joy when she got it to work. Somewhere there is a heart there.
