Her fiancé’s activism for Palestinian rights played a central role in her firing from Emory Hillel.
On Word on the Street Live, Rabbi Nikki Golomb joined her fiancé, protective presence activist Sam Stein, to talk about what happened and what it means for Jewish communities to make room for people who hold different views on Israel-Palestine.

Even @NEWSMAX is now reporting on Israeli settler attacks on Christians and the theft of their land. Proud of my friend and colleague Alice Kaysiya for doing this.

Absolutely incredible news from Nigeria. The marchers were chanting slogans asking to be handed “AK-47 to attack Christians on a Sunday in Enugu and Jos….”. I expect Nigerian authorities to investigate this incitement against Christians.
Authorities Must Investigate Inciting Izala March Drill Video
The Nigerian authorities immediately and independently investigate a viral inciting video of teenagers and children participating in marching drills led by adult coordinators wearing uniforms associated to Jama’atu Izalatu Bidi’a wa’iqamatus-Sunnah (JIBWIS) The marchers were chanting slogans asking to be handed “AK-47 to attack Christians on a Sunday in Enugu and Jos….” The slogans are a vicious display of children being manipulated and indoctrinated with religious violence and hatred.
The authorities must investigate the instructors of the drill, examine the source, location, and contents of the video footage and review the curricula used during these youth activities. The organization behind these activities most be held to account.
Authorities must also ensure that minors involved in these programmes are protected from radicalisation and provided appropriate psychological and educational support, while holding accountable any individuals or religious groups founding and using children to promote intolerance and encouraging infringement of religious freedom.
Protecting children from exposure to hateful rhetoric, militarised drills, and extreme indoctrination is an obligation of the state under national and international law. Under the Child Rights Act and international human rights frameworks, including the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, children have an absolute right to protection from exposure to violence, hate speech, and recruitment or training in paramilitary activities.
Using structured youth programmes or religious training groups to instil hostile ideologies compromises the safety of children and undermines freedom of religion.

he used to warn against Palestinian Israelis being bussed in to the polls in droves -- now it's Israeli leftists. In case you were wondering whether Netanayhu's contempt for democracy could be cordoned off from Jews.

I mean, there’s two different things at play. One is the strange hypocrisy of some American liberals making their red line a regime that’s the complete opposite of American liberalism. The other is the fact that, as you said, this ethnostate is built on top of another ethnos.
Last week, on a panel with my friend @PeterBeinart, I made a point similar to Sohrab's here: the problem with Israel isn't simply its ethnonationalism—such states exist; I pointed to Japan as an example. The problem is that it exists as an ethnonationalist state on top of the Palestinians, on their land, and at their expense.

Gadi Eisenkot is the father of the so-called Dahyeh Doctrine used against southern suburbs of Beirut in '06: disproportionate retaliation and destruction of civilian infrastructure to establish deterrence. Then used in Gaza.

This is what Israel is doing in Hebron: Collective Punishment.
Collective punishment is a penalty or sanction applied to a group, family, community, or entire population for an offense committed by an individual member or a small number of people.
Article 33 of the Geneva Convention (IV) on Civilians explicitly states that no protected person may be punished for an offense they did not personally commit, and bans all measures of intimidation or terrorism.
Imposing collective punishment during an armed conflict is classified as a war crime under customary international law.

The Palestinians should be kicked out to any other Arab state, she continues, except Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, "because they are ours."
Send this to the Lebanese who’ve been brainwashed into thinking Israelis don’t want our land
A young blonde woman with an American accent in Israel says that all the Arabs must be kicked out of Gaza because it is "our land" since "God commanded us to take it."
The Palestinians should be kicked out to any other Arab state, she continues, except Jordan, Lebanon, and Syria, "because they are ours."
"Or we will kill them," she adds
Can we stop pretending that this is a marginal view in Israel? That these are the comments of a fringe minority?
They are not. Israel has been on this path for quite some time.
Western governments know it fully - yet they continue to fund and enable Israel's genocidal policies.
Only to supply the energy that the war Israel pushed the US into with Iran has everything to do with
The Israeli Druze are feeling a bit of humiliation and abuse in this regime imposed on non- Jews. No matter how anti-Palestinian the Druze become they are still not seen as equal, I personally faced worse abuses by Druze Israeli soldiers who are trying to prove their “zionism”
