Eritreans help build and develop other countries, yet they are denied the opportunity to do the same in their own homeland by a regime that stands in the way of their freedom, progress, and prosperity. 🇪🇷
Hopeless liar and pretender! He was a front for another camera-shy, well connected businessman from Bukomansimbi.
"Ugandans shouted, yet I had planned to bring development to Kampala. I now give up on City Square," said businessman Hassan Bulwadda.
His statement comes after the Cabinet halted a contentious plan to redevelop Constitution Square into a commercial real estate complex, bringing an end to a high-stakes tug-of-war over Kampala’s premier green space and historic landmark.
Mr. Bulwadda had sought to construct an eco-friendly complex featuring a high-end hotel, a shopping mall, and solar-powered amenities on the two-acre property.

I just wanted to remind you that in the year of our Lord 2002 Justice Frederick Egonda- Ntende nullified Amama Mbabazi's 2001 parliamentary election. He confirmed there was widespread electoral malpractices like voter bribery, intimidation by security forces and illegal use of public resources. Amama appealed the decision and the court of appeal dismissed his petition. I want you to think about the kind of judges Uganda had 20 years ago, and the kind we have now.

We are not producing enough to earn the USD. We've started losing money to things we can eaasily grow here like onions & potatoes. Y does a minister need 2 pickups loaded with soldiers? Thats fuel & allowances. What happens when they aint ministers? Our priorities aint right.

You would have thought that people like @AndrewMwenda would steer Muhoozi away from impunity and human rights abuses. Instead they too are cheering on. The way things are going, by December the shillings may have fully collapsed. Uga can't prosper in isolation
To boost Uganda's dairy sector, late Field Marshall Idi Amin Dada flew 3100 exotic dairy cattle (2700 friesian, 300 Guernseys and Hereford bulls) from UK's Stansted Airport in 1977 using the national airline Uganda Airlines directly to Entebbe International Airport.

Politicians are born not raised. He could attend the best public speaking course at Havard, he will still not appeal to the masses!
Money hates noise!
JP Morgan, a global leader in investment banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing and asset management pulled about $800m from Uganda’s bond market after the Newyork times published a story on MK’s basement mess.
Any lessons learnt?

Primitive mindset? Imagine looking at a thriving public space & seeing nothing but an opportunity to grab, demolish and monetise. Apparently, the height of development is destroying what already works instead of creating something better. What a spectacular failure of imagination!
When in a hole, don't dig deeper. Why's a private affair becoming a corporate obligation to reply? While it remains his prerogative where to patronise, Kampala night owls know the clientelle&activities that happen at Alchemist. It's not an angel's den.
Substantiate figures you deny.

What hope is there?, “Just give it time”,as if nothing is being engineered? Why take away City Square in the first place? If they have all the money they claim to have, why not develop virgin land outside Kampala instead of grabbing what already belongs to the public?
