Aging isn't a mystery anymore.
It's specific biological mechanisms we can measure, and for most of them, something that could address it exists.
What drives them, what slows them, who's building fixes, and what's blocking them?
"When I’m 80, I just want it to be over."
A biotech student told me this yesterday.
I will never understand how people come to this conclusion.
If you have the body and mind of a 40 year old at 80, life is still worth living.
Being healthy and capable is longevity.
Been doing sauna everyday since march.
I've never felt better.
Best longevity drug there is and its actually enjoyable.
Watching my friends (23) pick jobs based on pension plans.
Planning for when they'll be 70.
Without taking in account exponential AI and longevity science.
You won’t be retiring!
You’ll be reinventing yourself at 90.
We’re building AI models that simulate human reasoning.
But how will we know if an AI is "aware" or just good at pretending.
Same goes for putting your brain in the cloud, we can track every neuron in your brain, but can it experience feelings?

Human longevity depends on planetary health.
Environmental changes disproportionately affect older people, while clean air, safe water, nutritious food and safe temperatures are fundamental to healthy ageing.
Why extend human lifespan if we fail to protect the conditions that make a healthy life possible?
Delighted to speak at the Climate Change Summit in Bucharest, Romania.
I thought biohacking was supposed to be fun.
Now I’m a student trying to date, but I genuinely lose interest when someone’s routine is all-night partying, junk food, and zero exercise.
Finding someone who values their health among 20 year olds is pretty hard.

Aging is our greatest foe. Age-related diseases and conditions don't just kill us, they rob us of our freedom and deprive us of our dignity. In some cases, they also take away our treasured memories. In short, aging enslaves us, sometimes for decades, in its nefarious chains.
For the first time in our species' long history (250,000-300,000 years), we have a chance of beating back this beast. We should put our hearts, our minds, and especially our resources into this fight. Every healthy day that we can claw back from age-related diseases (by either holding them at bay or by reversing them) is another day that we can spend in freedom, doing the things that we love with the people we care about.
Passive acceptance of bodily decay is peak submissive energy.
Especially when we are entering an era where we can actually do something about it.
With the Singularity knocking on the door I've been rethinking my approach to life.
Everything we learned could be shattered in the next decade.
Different purpose in life, extended time horizons, Jobs will become a choice not a neccesity.
Truly amazing, also terrifying.
Even when anti-aging therapies arrive, a healthy lifestyle remains essential.
Diet, sleep, and movement will always matter.
Here's why:
Therapies turn back the clock, but poor habits accelerate biological wear and tear every day.
And cellular reprogramming works better in a body with strong vascular health, low systemic inflammation, and high resilience.

One day someone will complain that their rejuvenation appointment overlaps with their flight to the Moon.
I hope you get to be that person.
A 21 year old can write an article about how we age on cellular level
What we can do to stop it
What a solution would look like
And how far along we are
A decade ago this would've been really hard.
AI and the internet is amazing.
