The UCI #HBCU Summer Program graduated 18 students this evening. Tashyia Harrison spent 6 weeks in our #Nephrology research lab and we are excited for her to continue toward a career in #Medicine !

UCI #KidneyTransplant program completed 222 kidney transplants in calendar year 2024, compared to 140 in 2023.
This is 20% of the nation’s overall growth - there were 427 more transplants nationwide in 2024 compared to 2023.
