I’m not one to blame officiating but Texas got benefit of at least 4 replay overturns vs Mizzou. Unbelievable. Oh. How soon can Drink FIRE our special teams coach?

Interesting how many Bills “fans” wanted Joe Brady fired at halftime. Brady is unflappable. Calm. In charge. Positive. Unafraid to go for it on 4th down. He’s not perfect. Sometimes over thinks, but doesn’t flinch facing adversity. Right coach at right time.

Mizzou allowing Ark to hang around is dangerous. Weather same for both. Not getting pressure on qb has to change. Offense suddenly killing itself with stupid penalties.

Bears just pulled most boneheaded defensive play I’ve ever seen. Pats near midfield just 3 seconds left 2q. Drake Maye throws a short screen pass and a receiver isn’t even TOUCHED for TD. Astonishing.

Obviously it’s way too early, but Mel Kiper has Austin Simmons as a top 10 1st rd pick in ‘27 NFL Draft.

CJ Gardner-Johnson has apologized for spitting-gate, and many journalists and Bills fans want him gone. The popular reaction for hc Joe Brady is to cut him. CJ came with risk but Brady likes his edge. If he stays, it shows it’s Brady’s team. Players respect that imo.

Nick Saban nailed it pregame. He said whoever runs and stops run wins. OleMiss dominated that area. Simmons passed for 340 yards but Mizz couldn’t sustain drives. Balance. Gotta have it.

Now we know. Mizzou has a solid team - especially at home. Excellent qb. Solid, but not elite. Texas. Georgia and Alabama all lost. Playoffs now unlikely but plenty opportunities to have terrific season. Florida has wins over Ole Miss and Texas. We’re fine.

Allen will never make excuses but I can’t think of any other game in his career where he clearly avoided running. He’s hurt. Hopefully he’ll heal without sitting but he will play hurt like few others.

No sugar coating. Maye outplayed Allen. Vrable outcoached Brady. Leonard D terrible. At Rams next. Shocker.

Just when you think Josh Allen is the coolest, he gets cooler. He goes live with Chiefs lover and often critical Nick Wright. Wright: “Have I been unfair to you?” (me: absolutely) Josh: “Not at all. You guys are funny and create interest.” Wow.

The Bills had no business winning a game with 5 tos, but did. Joe Brady didn’t flinch. Josh Allen shook off 3 turnovers and numerous offensive penalties. Adversity doesn’t build character - it reveals it. The Bills have it.

Thoughts at half. Yes it’s louder! Sabres are here and received huge ovation. Doing Oh Canada well received. Grass is fine.

Here’s the deal. Chiefs are legit. Mahomes still effective and D impressive. Strong run game. Not the high octane Chiefs but definitely a contender. Denver? Nix was just bad. Interesting opener.

I’ve seen enough to believe Patrick Mahomes is nowhere near peak form. Chiefs Oline struggling vs Broncos front 7. KC D is getting job done.

Mizzou has work to do but they have a qb. Simmons is legit! Oline gave him time. D is FAST. Drink will be all over special teams and pre snap penalties. Add a couple dumb pf flags. Impressive all around.
