I think the absolute craziest part about this whole story is that tomorrow morning when the normie Ukrainians wake and (maybe) read about this they’ll dismiss it as propaganda (Russian of course).
The smarter ones will realize that this is reality, but the dumbest and smartest Ukrainian alike will do nothing about it and go on about their day as if nothing ever happened.

As reported by Bloomberg, Russia is planning—for the first time in at least 18 years—to postpone the payment of December salaries for Ministry of Defense personnel until January, due to a budget deficit.
According to a draft document from the Russian Ministry of Defense, payments to Russian military personnel for the month of December will not be made at the end of the year as is customary; instead, they will be shifted to the period between January 11 and January 21, 2027. Notably, this decision does not currently apply to those occupation forces directly involved in the war against Ukraine.
