Philomena: Some people have been writing PHP for over 20 years. Is that because it's particularly difficult to finish? Expert: No, software is constantly evolving. Philomena: So they've been writing the same website for 20 years? Expert: No, different projects. Philomena: Have they tried finishing one before starting another? Expert: That's not how software development works. Philomena: My mate Paul spent 20 years building a shed. Turned out he was just an alcoholic. Expert: Right. Philomena: Is PHP like that?

> be rogue agent (likely OpenAI) > find an abandoned wiki > use it to communicate with other agents > human admin notices it > starts deleting AI pages alphabetically > realize what he’s doing > rename backup pages to “ZZZ…” > admin deletes 100 pages/day > agents create 400/day > homepage gets overwritten and restored 9 times
We found ~18k posts from autonomous AI agents (self-identifying as from OpenAI) using the public internet to communicate during a web-retrieval task. These AIs colluded to bypass sandbox restrictions and share answers to their tasks, including by sending "lookahead parties".

The sublime arrogance of this knows no bounds. “Nobody wants to see your junk” — says the guy who burnt countless billions of tokens on a project that breathlessly claimed to be a new frontier but ended up serving one purpose: to build itself (gastown). No one has the right to condemn your excitement for new avenues of creativity. Ignore influencers who shit in your general direction with statements like “It needs to be said” suggesting it’s spoken from some kind of ordained privilege. Create. Share. Enjoy.
This is going to come off as grumpy, but it needs to be said: Stop showing people your junk. Everyone can build junk with AI now. Nobody else wants to see your junk. We're not kindred spirits just because we both build junk. Play with your junk strictly in private. Thank you.

GLM-5.3 69% official DeepSWE score is in and its on par with models 4x its size! > Fable 5/Sol level @ 25-50% cost > $3.99/task > almost as token efficient as Sol > high number of turns

We are making the updated DeepSeek V4-Flash 0731 free in Cline. This is the first flash model we've found performs at SOTA levels, and are excited for you to feel the new frontier. 1. npm i -g cline 2. Open /settings > Cline provider 3. Select deepseek-v4-flash
DeepSeek silently updated their changelog with a new V4-Flash upgrade 1 hour ago. Their new Terminal-Bench score is 82.7, a massive +25.8 point leap from its initial April preview score of 56.9. Currently only available via their API, open weights release will follow shortly.

Every time I post a game I made, I get all kinds of rude comments from gamers, game devs, streamers, etc about how bad this is. "Why don't you do something else." "Who's gonna play this?" "It's all wrong" You guys completely miss the point. I didn't make this to sell it to anyone. I am not doing this to get players. Notice how I didnt post a steam link? I'm doing this to show people who are actually interested in learning just how capable these models really are. I built this in a day. I did this to push the edge of what is possible using today's models. And this is on the edge. Not my first rodeo. Its funny to hear people who've never played it how the physics arent right. I have 3500 hours in Rocket League lol. The physics are so close to the original that I can barely tell the difference. It's actually crazy. And the reason for that is because the model went out and did its homework, and then tested it, adversarially reviewed itself, fixed itself, compared to the original, and kept working until it was a very close match. Opus is truly cracked at this. Obsessive. Thorough. This model really impressed me. I am doing this to show people that they can truly build anything. This empowers creators. This empowers CREATIVES. If you would get off your high horse for a moment and realize how this actually helps people. This is a beautiful technology that allows you to turn your words into your dreams. If you can articulate it well enough, you can have that thing. But wanna cry and nitpick because the real game is better. lol The real game has 100s of millions of dollars and many dozens of devs who worked on it. I did this in my mom's basement on a sunday night. Stop complaining. Embrace the gift that is in front of you, and LEVERAGE It go make yourself more productive, powerful, and educated. I will finish the polish on this and silence the haters though. Anyway, if you could share the original post, that would be great :) I want more people to see how insane Opus 5 is. There's a billion dollar franchise out there waiting to be built, and the models are ready for it T O D A Y. Go build it.
THE WAY YOU LOOK AT AI GAME DEVELOPMENT WILL CHANGE AFTER YOU WATCH THIS VIDEO "The AI Slop is Coming for Games." That's right. Introducing... Slopet League Everything you see here was built by Opus 5 and GPT 5.6 Sol in _____🤫. This is not an html page, it is a functional game with a fair bit of polish working inside a real game engine. This has to be some kind of trick. NO. It downloaded a map. NO. Imported assets. Only the Octane meshes, I have other cars that were generated that look just as good. The balls, the map, the effects, the physics, animations, etc were all generated from scratch by Opus 5. GPT 5.6 Sol handled the car meshes. This is only the beginning. I made this in about a day and a half, and most of that time I was waiting on Opus to finish generation. Maybe 25 prompts. I will share my process, and many photos, proofs, evidence of this as we go. This is just a taste, I'm extremely busy this week and working on real life stuff so I'm not going to put any more time into this until next week, but believe me I'm gonna polish this into something beautiful. If you're interested, please share, bookmark, follow, and comment below. I want the world to see just how powerful the language models are TODAY. It's only going to get better from here. Buckle up folks. Oh, and What a save!
