Dear @UEDCLTD,
It has now been three days without electricity in some parts of Mbale, yet to u it seems normal while residents are suffering in darkness. We urge u to address this matter with the urgency it deserves and keep the public informed about when power will be restored
Minister of Local Government @BalaamBarugahar and his State Minister @JustineNameere will commence their inspections in Greater Masaka today Monday, focusing on development projects and service delivery to residents.
You informed customers that power would be restored by 5pm yet it is now approaching 7pm and electricity is still off. In future, please provide realistic restoration timelines. If power is expected to remain off until midnight, simply communicate that from the outset @UEDCLTD

I think @JudiciaryUG should apologize and pipo who were in the car respect National cleaning day.
Dear @UEDCLTD @DrMusenero ,
Your weekly power shutdowns for maintenance are causing immense inconvenience and hardship to the public. Frequency & prolonged outages are disrupting businesses & households. Improve planning, and provide reliable electricity to the peopley u serve.

@Airtel_Ug why do you keep logging me out from self-care service every time. What's the problem. I'm tired of this.
