Hilarious ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚
We hired a new VP named Michael Lee. Unfortunately we already have a Michael Lee. He works in the warehouse. He's been here 11 years. New VP gets: [email protected] He immediately messages IT. โ€œCan you move the other Michael to michael.lee2 and give me michael.lee?โ€ No. He asks HR. HR asks me if we can โ€œprioritize seniority.โ€ I explain that the warehouse Michael has eleven years of email history tied to that address and changing it because someone with a nicer title arrived would be insane. VP reluctantly keeps the 2. Warehouse Michael finds out. Changes his Teams display name to: Michael Lee (Original) By Friday the VP is being referred to as Sequel Mike. He has asked IT to intervene. Unfortunately nickname management is outside our support scope.

My wife and 2 year old daughter was on that flight! We now have 9 children BAโ€™H and have never looked back! Thank you Nefesh Bโ€™Nefesh! (You can catch me in that video)
#onthisday, 2002, the first @nefeshbnefesh Charter Flight landed at @bengurionairport_tlv Today marks the 24th anniversary of our inaugural Charter Flight. This extraordinary moment brought dreams to reality and began an epic journey and labor of love forever changing the lives of 75 thousand+ Olim. Itโ€™s been a unique ride full of unforgettable moments, incredible stories, and courageous adventures of the brave souls who have made Israel their home. Aliyah is more than the bittersweet goodbyes at the departure gate and the heartwarming reunions at Ben Gurion Airport. Today, we celebrate the individuals and families who embarked on their Aliyah journey with Nefesh Bโ€™Nefesh 24 years ago and look forward to a summer full of welcoming more Olim home. #LiveLoveIsrael #NefeshBnefesh #LifeChangingJourneys #EpicAdventures

I am a huge fan of Millers Munchies and all my kids agree!!
A few weeks ago, I got a message on Instagram that read: โ€œHey Hillel, hope you're doing well! โ€‹My name is Yaakov Miller and I run a home fried chicken business in RBS. I'd love to send some dinner over to your family sometime soon on the house. โ€‹I'm working on building up our social media presence and engagement right now. I only want help if it's 100% honest, so I'd love for you to give the food a taste first. Let me know if I can drop some off for you guys sometime soon.โ€ Well, that was a no brainer. I gave Racheli a night off (Yes, she makes dinner every night!) and told him Iโ€™d love to try his stuff. A few hours later and he showed up at my door with: Southern fried sando Bussin Bissli Sando Crispy Cornflake Sando Schnitzel Sando Cornflake Munchers Southern Fried Fingers Popcorn chicken American style Schnitzelonim Cornbread Fries Coleslaw Yummy sauce Popper sauce Honey mustard Garlic mayo Maple garlic aioli Spicy mayo Honey bbq The food was nothing short of outrageous! All the kids agreed. I was curious about Yaakovโ€™s story so I asked him and this is what he replied. I grew up standard litvish yeshivish in Far Rockaway, NY. Had my own journey in my mid teen years. Dropped out of school and worked in a restaurant when I was 15. Store closed down right before covid. During covid became an EMT and was working in a very intense environment that didnt leave much room for religion in my heart and mind. Decided to come to israel for yeshiva to see if I can reconnect. I already knew how strong my connection to israel was. I knew within a few months, I knew that I wasn't leaving israel any time soon, and probably not at all. Came into yeshiva not shomer shabbos and left yeshiva 2 years later with Rebbe Nachmans teachings guiding me and helping me navigate into a real connection with hashem. When I left yeshiva I worked in a restaurant here in Bet Shemesh. Left the restaurant and shortly after met my wife. I always ran an epic canteen in the yeshiva I was in (even after I left) and decided to take the hot food from the canteen to the streets. Crisp is the aim, fresh is the game, never compromising on great service, smiles both ways, and full bellies all over the country be"h. Operating out of my apartment in rbs ื”, putting all the love we can into this food that we hope can reach people and ultimately.... give the Yidden (Jews) of diaspora one more reason to move to israel, one less excuse not to live in israel. No more "but the food is just not the same..." This might have been the first time I tried his food but it 100% wonโ€™t be the last! Super delicious and also heโ€™s the kinda guy Iโ€™d want to support anyway! Website: millersmunchees.com/ Instagram: @millersmunchees Whatsapp: wa.me/+972534707269

Glen is the GOAT! Been following him for years. This is a must read.
NEW: My first research report into how companies are deploying AI to grow โœจ I've wanted to write this for a long time, and went through hundreds of notes to put this first edition together. I'm calling the series "Deployed", and would love to make it a regular thing if there's interest. The aim was to share enough examples that no matter what kind of business you're in, you'll be inspired by at least a few of them. Inside you'll find insights from the great reporting of others (with links for further reading), as well as stats and quotes I uncovered which seemed to go under the radar. I'm still as obsessed with SEO (and now, AI search) as ever, but also excited about the possibilities AI has opened up for all aspects of growing businesses online. I really hope you find it valuable, and would sincerely appreciate any feedback on whether you would like to see a v2. Link in the graphic and first reply. Thank you!

Insane
I'm a cardiologist. Something just happened today that I genuinely did not see coming โ€” and it could change the future of preventive medicine more than anything I've written about on this platform. Midjourney โ€” the AI company that became famous for generating images from text prompts โ€” just announced a medical hardware division and unveiled a working prototype of a full-body scanner unlike anything that's ever existed. It's called the Midjourney Scanner. And it works like this. You step into a shallow pool of water. You stand on a platform that slowly descends โ€” about two inches per second โ€” through a ring containing roughly half a million tiny ultrasonic transducers, each the size of a grain of sand. Every one of them acts as both a speaker and a microphone, sending ultrasonic waves through your body from every angle and recording what comes back. 60 seconds later, you step out. The scan is done. No radiation. No magnets. No claustrophobia. No IV contrast. Just sound, water, and an almost incomprehensible amount of computing power โ€” roughly 2 petaflops processing 17 gigabytes per second of raw acoustic data โ€” reconstructing a 3D map of your entire internal anatomy down to half a millimeter resolution. Organs. Tissues. Blood vessels. Bones. Muscle. Fat distribution. All segmented by AI in real time. As a cardiologist who has spent months writing about how the standard screening playbook misses the majority of future heart attacks โ€” this is the technology I've been waiting for without knowing it existed. Here's why this matters for the future of your heart. Right now, getting a detailed look inside your cardiovascular system requires either a CT scan (radiation), an MRI (magnets, claustrophobia, 45-60 minutes, $1,000+), or a coronary CT angiogram (radiation, IV contrast, limited availability). These are powerful tools. I order them regularly and they save lives. But they're reactive. You get them when something is already suspected. They're expensive. They're uncomfortable. And for most people, they happen once โ€” maybe twice โ€” in a lifetime. Imagine instead: a 60-second scan with no radiation that you could repeat monthly or quarterly. Tracking cardiac structure over time. Watching body composition shift. Detecting changes in organ size, fluid distribution, or vascular architecture before symptoms ever develop. Building a longitudinal dataset of YOUR body that AI can analyze for patterns no single snapshot would reveal. That's what Midjourney is building toward. The company plans 50,000 scanners worldwide over six years, with capacity for a billion scans per month. The first location โ€” the "Midjourney Spa" in San Francisco โ€” opens at the end of 2027 with 10 scanners alongside saunas, cold plunges, and a gym. The scan costs a few dollars. The experience is designed to feel like wellness, not medicine. The technology is built on Butterfly Network's ultrasound-on-chip platform โ€” 40 modules per scanner โ€” combined with Midjourney's own AI segmentation and reconstruction stack. David Holz, the founder, claims the system aims for image quality comparable to MRI in many aspects but at nearly 100x the speed with zero radiation. Now the caveats โ€” because I'm a physician and the caveats matter enormously. This is a Gen 1 prototype. About a dozen people have been scanned so far. Current scan time is actually closer to 20 minutes, not 60 seconds โ€” the system is bottlenecked by bandwidth and reconstruction algorithms. The 60-second target is aspirational for future hardware generations. It is not FDA-cleared for diagnostic use. Midjourney is starting with body composition maps โ€” a category below diagnostic imaging in the regulatory hierarchy. The path from "beautiful 3D body scans" to "clinically validated diagnostic tool that your cardiologist can act on" runs through years of clinical trials, comparative studies against MRI and CT gold standards, and FDA review. No independent clinical validation has been published. The imaging claims come from Midjourney's own demonstrations. Comparative data against established modalities does not yet exist. And the privacy implications of full-body internal scans at planetary scale โ€” a billion scans per month โ€” is a conversation that hasn't even started yet. So I want to be precise. This is not ready for clinical medicine today. It may not be ready for years. Many ambitious medical hardware projects have failed in the gap between prototype and product. But. The fact that a working prototype exists โ€” producing real segmented 3D anatomy from sound waves and compute alone โ€” means the physics works. The engineering works. The question is no longer "is this possible" but "how fast can it be validated and scaled." And if it is validated โ€” if the resolution holds up against MRI, if the AI segmentation proves reliable, if the regulatory path clears โ€” then what we're looking at is the most significant new imaging modality in 50 years. For my entire career, preventive cardiology has been limited by the fact that seeing inside the body is expensive, slow, uncomfortable, and infrequent. We catch disease late because we image rarely. We image rarely because imaging is hard. A 60-second, no-radiation, spa-based full-body scan that costs a few dollars would demolish every one of those barriers. I've written about AI detecting inflamed arteries. About gene editing curing cholesterol. About GLP-1 drugs rewriting metabolic medicine. About cellular reprogramming reversing aging. This is the missing piece: the ability to see inside every human body, routinely, safely, and affordably โ€” so all of those interventions can be deployed before the disease arrives instead of after. The company that taught AI to generate images from imagination just built a machine that generates images from the human body. The future of medicine showed up today from the last place anyone expected.

The future is here!
the best decision I made this year was to connect my entire business to claude the tech stack that makes it possible: > linear: we use this for project and product management. used to be just for PMs, designers, and engineers. now everyone on the support team has access via MCP > unblocked: added it to slack and it gathers context of every conversation happening there. connected to github so it understands our code. connected to Linear so it knows what engineers are building. it has a full 360 of the business. > fellow: records every single meeting with full transcriptions and summaries. > claude: ties it all together. for almost all queries, I just go straight to claude. for example, last week, I asked claude: "what's the status of the podcast feature rollout?" it read the engineering slack channel, pulled the relevant linear tickets, checked which PRs had merged, read through all the relevant meeting transcripts, and gave me a status update with timeline + blockers in 30 seconds I would have easily spent a couple hours doing that manually there's just so much transparency through the business by connecting all of these different applications through claude if anything ever goes sideways (a spike in support tickets, a regression, a customer issue) I can just ask claude what's going on and it picks up context from a slack channel I don't even have access to, surfaces the ticket that was created, tells me which engineer is working on it and when it's shipping. unfathomably exciting time to build dope shit

Big news, @claudeai just got a major upgrade today in Shipper, and we're very honoured to present it. From today on, Claude Opus 4.6 can build full-stack apps from natural language. We just launched a full-stack app builder for Claude to: โ†’ Turn ideas into apps: website, web/mobile app, extension etc โ†’ Code, design, launch, monetize โ†’ Do email marketing โ†’ Automatically translate its work โ†’ Self-maintain the apps it builds Claude's most powerful models can do all the above from a <10 word prompt, for as low as $0.28/app... And it takes minutes! Simply go to shipper, then ask Claude to "create a language-learning app" or "build a SaaS that charges $29/mo"! To celebrate the launch, we're giving away free credits randomly. Repost and comment "shipper" and we'll pick the winners.
