Not a good look, X.
Not everyone breaks into the top .01% of Twitch but they do everything to keep the dream alive and keep their passion burning. They don't make their millions but they pay their bills (some barely) and have been for years.
Punching down is never a good idea.

The Founder of Earth 2, Shane Isaac has released a video confirming NO LAWSUITS. HOWEVER, he gets a lot of things wrong. So I'm going to talk about that.

HAHA 10:50. Keep up the good work SidAlpha, following this specific series closely
As with every TRULY honest and up-front developer does, Earth 2 have been attempting to silence critique by filing numerous defamation complaints about myself and several other channels.

Meet the next Alex Mauer, WaterGotHim, who has been filing a very large number of spurious DMCA strikes against other creators for critiquing his DDOSing and other actions in Apex Legends.
