Spent the last few hours finding the real geofence for Fort Worth and here is the true coverage map. About 72% coverage, but that isn’t the full story. 🧵

I’ve been working on the other cities as well with Austin coming tomorrow. What I’ve noticed is that the population coverage of the areas they serve is much higher than true land mass size. It is showing a clear blueprint for how Tesla launches these cities, and as they launch new cities the % of coverage has been going up and up and up.

Wait times in Fort Worth have plummeted since launch, either from the spike of inflow at the beginning from testers, or more cars being released. 6:00-6:10: 20-25min (Central) 6:10-6:20: 10-15min 6:20-6:30: 5-10min 6:20-6:30: 1-5min In ALL parts of the geofence.

Not OpenAI acting more like Anthropic? They only act in kindness when it benefits them. Smh Don't use REA with OpenAI Apprently.

FSD Adoption rate is increasing! Within the last 5 days Tesla has updated the backend code for counting total FSD miles and their estimates have jumped +29.4% estimated per day!

I'm sorry, this is awful. This should be at least an add-on to the old referral system, but its not. They just took referals down from $250/car to $0/car. Now they only pay for FSD and you only get a free month of fsd or $99. I'm a Tesla supporter but this makes me very mad.
Refer friends & family to gift them a month of FSD Supervised Once they subscribe, you'll receive a free month in return (or $99 in Tesla Credits if bought outright) Available in the US

Must Read: My good friend @JoeAnderson has had quite the year traveling! He’s even somehow gone more places than I have this year. The Alaska Energy Authority just wrote a great article on his travels titled: “From Ketchikan to Kauai: One Driver’s Quest to Experience EV Travel in All 50 States” In well under a calendar year Joe used Tesla FSD Supervised in all 50 states 😮🤯 48 in his own Model Y Juniper & the last 2 Alaska/Hawaii friends cars. mailchi.mp/53b5f314a351/octo…

Just finished up, here is the real Houston Geofence that is ~26% smaller than advertised. Waymo is next, and they're no better.

It’s a decently large area. Think it’s time to dig into every service area and find out what’s real cc @koby_pierce

* Just a note, some areas without coverage are parks with no roads, so its not PERFECT, working on the accuracy, but it will work out!

I want to ask my car why it did something. "Why did you swearve?" "What made you stop momentarily back there" I really want a way to interface with it and ask why it did the weird thing. Grok may very well be our bridge to that.
