Ok Kings fans #LightTheBeam here is the reality. 1 playoff appearance w/Vivek. Had Mike Malone and fired him. Dave Joerger had a 39 win season, fired him. Then they fired Mike Brown. He wins an #NBA TITLE in NYC with the #Knicks. Worst owner in sports, by far.
Who is next?
Domantas Sabonis reportedly wants out of Sacramento, per @BannedMacMahon.

First, the #Carlton Football Club hat is 🔥. I have one. Next, this is another great player who wants out of Sacramento. Sound familiar. Sad. The Owner/Management has ruined the best fan-base in the #NBA.
Domantas Sabonis is unhappy and wants out of Sacramento, per @BannedMacMahon
“Quite frankly, Sabonis wants out of there, and if they can move him, they would. So he's not happy.”
What stands out is how they have mismanaged their roster from a time when they actually made one playoff season. This is an embarrassment of an organization. It is so horrible for the greatest fan base that I’ve ever worked with. The Sacramento Kings fans should revolt.
Dave has put together a great site. Check it out! 🎟️

I pray 🙏 that tonight @Pontifex sends out a picture of himself watching the #WhiteSox #Guardians game wearing the same hat 🧢 he wore during the 2005 #WorldSeries game he attended. #LetUsPray 🙏

🇺🇸🇻🇦 Aside from Christmas and Easter, the feast of St. Francis of Assisi is hands down one of the best Catholic traditions ever!
When else can you just trot your horse or snake right down the center aisle of a church nave, to get blessed before the altar?!
If anything deserves more blessings in this world… it’s our pets!

Oh yeah! The #NHL returns tonight 🏒🥅
Really inspiring message from someone who tried to improve himself even in the face of tough times. A great story and someone we should admire and look up to!
Maurice Clarett says learning to read in prison changed his life
“I couldn't read real well, comprehend, do anything prior to playing football. I'm never going to be able to play football again. I'm thinking, ‘I got seven and a half years. I'm 22. I'll be 30.’ So I was like, ‘Man, I'm going to go ahead and just start to educate myself.’”
“When dudes would send me $40, $50, $60, I would take this stuff and I was like, ‘Man, I'm going to just start learning how to read, become interested in something, and just become good.’”
“The next thing I know, the same passion that I have for football and film study… I was like, ‘I can read, and I like reading, and I enjoy reading, and I enjoy comprehending.’ I enjoy having a better vocabulary or communicating to different people. That's what really happened.”
“Reading changed my life like nothing else. Reading and self-education was what really changed. That just kind of set me on a different path. What I thought was possible, or who I see myself as…”
.@grantcohn will you be Live Tweeting the @AFL #GrandFinal? One of the two greatest sporting days in Australia!
I would like to see @NewsNation follow up on this atrocity.
It has been revealed that the City of Asheville, NC, will reportedly rebuild only 8 houses using the $225 million grant it received from the Trump administration following Hurricane Helene.
That's correct…..Eight.…out of 11,488 damaged homes.
The city allocated only $3 million for home repairs.
Meanwhile, $14.9 million was allocated for “administration.”
That means nearly five times more was allocated for administration than for repairing homes for people affected by the disaster.
And that's not the worst of it….
More than 100 approved families are reportedly currently on a waitlist for assistance that they may never receive.
After receiving the $225 million federal grant, Asheville residents deserve answers about exactly where the money is going — and how much is actually reaching families whose homes were damaged or destroyed. @asheville @AvlWatchdog H/T Deep Leaks
A trailer worth checking out! 🎥 I always enjoy watching people chase dreams
Wow. Now my man @grantcohn is trending on X for me! Well done! A global sensation! 🏈

87 years ago, Germany attacked Poland, starting World War II
The Soviet Union invaded shortly afterward, dividing Poland into two occupied territories under totalitarian rule.
On September 1, 1939, Nazi Germany invaded Poland. To justify the attack, German propaganda spoke of “persecution of Germans” and staged an assault on the Gleiwitz radio station, later presented as Polish aggression.
Sixteen days later, on September 17, the Red Army invaded from the east.
This was provided for in the secret protocol of the Molotov–Ribbentrop Pact: the country had been divided in advance into spheres of influence.
Vyacheslav Molotov declared that the Polish state had “ceased to exist” and that the USSR was “taking under its protection” Ukrainians and Belarusians in eastern Poland.
On September 28, Germany and its then-ally the USSR signed a treaty “of friendship and borders.”
Two totalitarian regimes carved up Poland: Nazi occupation in the west, Soviet occupation in the east.
That is how a world war began in Europe.
From the first day onward, through occupation, guerrilla warfare, and the postwar decades, the Polish people fought for independence. That struggle ended only in 1989.

Riveting. The interview on @CNBC with @andrewrsorkin @JoeSquawk & Jeremy Grantham was a head-on, honest discussion of calls on equities, US/EM/Foreign, over time. A must-watch debate. $$ 💰
