I have known @DougGambles longer than every single person in this community by a huge mile and it's not even close. To watch the amount of toxicity and attacks on him and his character over the most petty shit is just cringe to see especially from some people that he supported so much. I won't talk on everyone elses scenarios specifically that have been brought up but I think you really need to pay attention to the fact that whether it be "poaching" or other out of context specific words said in conversations it's all being brought up now purely to try defame and shit on his name, the man has not changed one bit and is one of the most real and selfless people I've ever met, if you have been okay with his actions or words for the past however many years you've known him and it was okay when he was supporting you or others, it invalidates any attempt at using it against him only when it works for you. That is simply an immature mindset. Doug has provided myself and many others countless hours of support purely out of the good of his heart even when it brought him literally nothing or put his own name on the line and has helped kickstart or boost a crazy amount of careers to some of us making hundreds of thousands to millions a year, anyone that genuinely knows him personally knows he is a very real person, don't play into the cringe twitter bullshit and make your opinions based only on your own experience with people.

I think this is such an important thing so many creators or up and coming streamers over look and often ends in people bouncing around casinos never getting comfortable. The staff and the way you're managed by the casino management and the genuine human relationship is almost as important if not more than the stats you bring in. Sacrificing a few thousand a month to be at a more comfortable, stable, high quality casino with people who genuinely care is ALWAYS going to be more beneficial longterm for growth and for you as a person. Don't ever let yourself feel like you're just a number. I think anyone who has in the past or is currently with @Roobet can support that their entire creator staff and Management are incredible and I can say I've never once felt done wrong or like I wasn't supported, it truly feels like home and mutual respect and support is given.
