Parked in the middle of a completely abandoned Morrisons waiting for it to open and some fellas just pulled up at side of me with about 700 other spaces to go in. Bet he stands next to you at the urinals when they're empty as well. Fucking odd behaviour.

Unfortunately one of the best @BhamCityCouncil officers has left for pastures new. The effort he put into his role at the press office and cabinet support is highly commendable Very committed officer who has been a source of inspiration, and I wish him the best in his new role.
