Over the past 15 years, Fiji has made remarkable progress, becoming the only independent Pacific Island nation with an established nephrology service. Through the ISN Sister Renal Center (SRC) partnership, supported by the ISN and the Australian and New Zealand Society of Nephrology (@ANZSN), the Colonial War Memorial Hospital (CWMH) has worked with Concord Repatriation General Hospital, Australia, to expand kidney care and strengthen capacity.
