One of my favorite 2 steps in critical discourse is the hand wringing about the “lack of movie stars” as soon as we get a “movie star performance” then begins the concern trolling of “isn’t this actor a little too good looking to be a normie? Whatever happened to immersion?”
An interesting development in AI as a consumer technology is the CEOs telling the customers “no you are wrong and stupid to reject this.” Which goes counter to the general “customer is always right” ethos of most consumer products and services

CBS obtained video of the DHS killing of an unarmed man in Texas that DHS concealed for nearly a year, which clearly contradicts claims that he violently rammed anyone. He is shot with his brake lights on, car not moving or barely moving. Another DHS crime.

I’m developing a new concept in thinking about the Oscars that I’m calling THE ARGO LINE. Is the movie that won best picture that year better than the Motion Picture ARGO? Then it’s a good winner. Is it worse than ARGO? Then buddy you better believe it was a bad choice.
